Please remember that should you be experiencing a property damaging emergency; Fire, Flood or Blood, please call the condo management at our after hours number and follow the prompts.
Renters and Guests need to follow a few Key Rules to prevent actions that can lead to otherwise unnecessary monetary fines & penalties.
Maya is a smoke free community. No smoking or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted anywhere in the Maya compound. Fines will be assessed for violations.
1) No drinks, alcohol or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool, spa or within the required walkways of the pool or spa, defined as within 4 feet of a semi-public pool or spa per Maricopa County Environmental Health Code.
3) No glassware of any kind is permitted within the pool or spa enclosures.
4) No animals allowed within the pool or spa enclosures except for service animals. Service animals are still required to be leashed. Animals are absolutely not allowed in the water.
5) Keep gate(s) closed - do not prop open. Residents, their tenants and/or guests shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit.
6)Pool and spa compounds are closed from 10pm to 8am and unit owners and their guests are not to trespass during these hours.
Upon arrival please review the condo rules and guidebook that is on the kitchen counter near the coffee maker. There is a plastic gate card key labeled 343B in the wooden tray on kitchen counter. This is used to open gates to access the Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise Room, etc.
Checking Out-
Return the plastic gate card key in the tray on kitchen counter. There will be a $100 replacement fee if pool access gate card is not returned.
Please put condo back into original state as when you arrived, including all furniture/furnishings placements.
Please rinse any leftover dirty dishes and put them into dishwasher, put trash bags in kitchen for our house cleaners to take out.
Lock the door when leaving.
