The home boasts 4 large sliders that open the living room and master bedrooms to the pool. There is plenty of unrestricted parking for all. You can relax around the fire pit or outside dining room for dinner or enjoy a late night movie on the giant LCD in the living room.

The backyard lights up exquisitely for your evening under the stars.

If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.

Take the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains to experience dinner, hiking, and a view that will last a lifetime!

Please be advised that the City of Palm Springs is very strict with new ordinances regarding short term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 14 overnight guests. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). And only 6 cars are allowed on the property at any time. Also, all outside noise (yelling, etc) needs to kept to a minimum after 10pm quiet hours begin! Please keep these in mind when booking the house.

Please let me know if you need any help with compliance to these regulations - so you can have a great time and not have any issues during your stay! Palm Springs will enforce, ticket and even evict if the rules are broken. We know our neighbors, so if you hear any noise or have any issues, please reach out to our property manager to let us know and we will handle it very quickly for you!
