About this property

Private Dual Tennis and Pickleball Court! Mountain Views!

Located on a 2/3 acre corner lot in the heart of Little Tuscany, this four bedroom features 4,960 square feet of living space in its “U” shaped floor plan. On the western side of the property is a private hard surface tennis court.

The primary suite features a custom California king-sized bed, with large sliding glass doors facing the pool to the east. Its en suite bath is a true spa experience, with a free-standing jetted tub, stacked stone fireplace, and separate water closet with bidet. A sliding glass door opens onto a semi-private patio with western facing mountain views. The remaining bedrooms are located off the main entrance and offer 40” HD Flat Screen TVs, each with en suite baths.

A true desert retreat, Desert Solstice brings the indoor living to the pool patio, with an outdoor dining area, gas fire feature, and a rectangular pool with elevated spa and spillover.
Extremely private, Desert Solstice is only a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs’ fine dining, art and culture.

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.

Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book with us in the city of Palm Springs, CA.

We were greeted upon arrival and received a tour of the house with guidance on using the pool and gates etc. I loved the property and the pool and tennis were used throughout - the kitchen was huge so we could all cook together! I loved the communication via text - all my questions were answered in the weeks leading up to the stay.

We had a wonderful experience! Property is amazing in a great setting. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Gorgeous pool. We loved the tennis and pickleball court. And accommodations were perfect for 4 couples on a golf trip. Service was top notch. 10 of 10!

Amazing Stay

The house is amazing! It has all you need for a great little getaway. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious and the other rooms are just as nice. It was a great rental for our family and friends. The property manager was so helpful and nice and was always avail even for us. We had such a great time!

Desert Delight!

This home is perfect for 6 to 10 people. We had our family all together and everyone had their own space, plenty of rooms to gather in and a great pool/patio with outstanding patio furniture. Close to downtown and restaurants as well. We will be back!

Great premium digs, pool and tennis court. Ice maker in the bar a great extra. The area is so quiet you might think your hearing has failed you...but it is just that peaceful (when neighbors aren't playing tennis).

Really enjoyable stay here. HUGE house with plenty of beds and baths for our group of 4 gay couples. Well stocked in every way. Two washers and dryers! Really nice hot tub. Didn’t get to spend much time in the pool as it was a little cool. Very spacious home with 2 living areas to spread out a great kitchen

Great Location, Excellent Pool, Very spacious

The house has a great location just blocks from downtown Palm Springs. The. neighborhood is excellent for walking and seeing tons of mid-century modern houses... The Kaufman House is just down the block. The 4 bedrooms are all very roomy and the primary suite is massive - you could rollerblade in the massive bathroom. Beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is super well equipped. Double Oven, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Huge Island to work on... The pool is very large and the hot tub heats up quickly and can accommodate 8 people. We loved the tennis court - rackets and fresh tennis balls were supplied. The only oddity is the HVAC system. There are 4 separate zones... 3 are interconnected... meaning even if 1 is on and the 2 others are off, the fans will run in all of them. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful home. The paperwork in the home said the pool was serviced twice per week. The pool control said "very low salt". The pool had much debris in it from the lawn guy who was there midweek. We never saw anyone until the Saturday we were leaving. I messaged the host on Tuesday about the low salt and got a vague response and no one show up. This is very disappointing as we paid a lot of money for this home. I would expect something of a refund.

Fantastic

The property was as beautiful as described. It was stocked with quality products from sheets to kitchenware. A true 5 star hotel experience. The pool area is protected from the wind which was important during our trip due to weather conditions. The management team was very attentive and overall wonderful to work with from the planning of our trip to our departure. It was really perfect for four couples since each room has a king size bed and their own bathroom. We took a walk to downtown Palm Springs. Wonderful location.
