Ideal for cyclists and bikers, many passes and landscapes to discover. Large cottage with a bedroom for 2 people, a large room dining / living room with mezzanine 2 people (possible 2 twins). A kitchen (fridge, stove, crockery for 6 people), bathroom, WC. Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, access to outdoor games for children.

Séjour très sympa dans ce gite! Parfaitement équipé, très bien pour une famille (nous avions tous les équipements nécessaires). Les enfants ont adorés le trampoline d'ailleurs! De magnifiques paysages aux environs et un calme agréable. Nous revenons content de nos vacances à Marthod!

Sehr nette Vermieter! Das Haus hat die beschriebene Ausstattung und liegt sehr schön! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wollen gerne wieder hin! Wenn es im Garten noch einen Swimmingpool gäbe und einen Bäcker im Ort würde wir 6 Punkte vergeben! Tout allait bien (wie wir Franzosen sagen 😉)

Un agréable sejour dans se gîte ,très propre bien équipe,joliment décoré l'extérieur est très bien entretenue nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires du gîte.le pain et les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner que l'on peut commander le week-end aux propriétaires et dépose à votre porte et un vrai plaisir !!!!! Le gîte est situé au calme. Pour les passionnés de vélo l'endroit est idéal pour gravir des cols mythiques ,pour les familles il y a de superbes voies vertes qui vous emmèneront jusqu'au lac d Annecy

Un gîte qui correspond en tous points à notre besoin. Le calme, l'accueil des propriétaire, le gîte lui-même. Nous revenons l'année prochaine ... en plus il y aura une piscine !

Étions un couple avec un enfant, de passage en Savoie. Sommes ravis de l'accueil chaleureux reçu par la famille Lamirand. Leur gîte est décoré avec goût et est très fonctionnel ! Sommes allés marcher dans les environs (très belles randonnées à faire) et visiter Annecy qui se trouve à quelques kilomètres. Pour notre petit déjeuner, avions commandé le petit panier avec pain et viennoiseries tout chaud !! Je vous recommandé vivement ce gîte et en profite pour dire à bientôt à la famille Lamirand ;-)

Un gîte qui porte bien son nom !

Un gîte qui porte bien son nom tant les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants... L'appartement est situé en dessous de la maison des propriétaires et permet ainsi d'avoir un accès direct au jardin et aux jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants (piscine gonflable et trampoline géant). J'ai particulièrement apprécié le côté fonctionnel de l'appartement et ses divers appareillages bien utiles même en vacances ! A proximité d'Albertville et d'Annecy, il n'est pas difficile de trouver un bon restaurant. Ensuite les activités ne manquent pas à la montagne et les paysages sont exceptionnels ! Merci...

Très satisfaits de notre séjour dans un cadre calme et agréable à vivre. Le logement confortable avec déco chaleureuse. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Lac de Flumet facile d'accès, randonnées depuis le gîte, belle visite d'Annecy. Serons très heureux d'y retourner pour de prochaines vacances. Nous recommandons aux propriétaires d'installer un lave-linge.
