Need a break from the sand and waves? The condo building has an impressive list of guest amenities to include: indoor and outdoor pools, fish-shaped toddler pool, three tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, basketball court, new in 2023 playground, sand volleyball court, sauna, billiard room, exercise room, arcade and an ice cream and sandwich shop. There is also a free movie theatre! Look at the marquee near the elevators for the daily attractions or request the movie and time slot of your choice.

Later you can walk across the street to restaurants and shopping, or enjoy the new kitchen and dining room; the grocery store is just two minutes away. Wrap up the day with a glass of wine on your oceanfront balcony.

For your convenience, a full linen service will be here when you arrive. It will include bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) for your party. In the condo, there is a king, a queen, and 3 full beds; also a set of bath towels for each guest. Each set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a washcloth.

Queen bedroom with quiet desk area, designated space for a portable crib (found in the closet), and a bay view.

Triple bunk room with 3 full-sized beds. Perfect for 1-2 individuals in each bed who want to share a unique vacation experience. Maximum weight limits are 150 pounds for the top bunk, 150 pounds for the middle bunk, and no limit for the bottom bunk. Great for the kids, but also fun for adults!

To ensure everyone's electronics can be accommodated, there are 6 USB ports located in the kitchen; 4 in the newly added wine bar, and 2 on the end of the peninsula.
