Rent bright apartment of 36 m2 on the ground floor
including:
- a 20 m2 living room with kitchen area (two BZ type convertible sofas, one 160 x 200 and one 90 x 190)
- a family room of 11 m2 (a double bed of 140 x 190 and two bunk beds of 90 x 200)
- a bathroom (bath) / WC of 5 m2
- a terrace and a garden, south-east exposure (with garden table, parasol and deckchair in summer).

Voici le message envoyĂ© le 1er jour aux propriĂ©taire de l'appartement "Notre arrivĂ©e s'est bien dĂ©roulĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par NoĂ©mie, jeune femme dĂ©vouĂ©e et sympathique.Je me permets nĂ©anmoins d'attirer votre attention sur quelques dĂ©sagrĂ©ments dĂ©couverts au cours de notre installation :1) Chambre : en faisant le lit, le lit ne tenait pas car un des pieds de lit n'Ă©tait pas fixĂ©. Nous avons essayĂ© pendant 1h sans rĂ©sultat puisque les vis permettant la fixation Ă  la structure sont hexagonales. Je n'ai pas apportĂ© avec moi mes outillages de rĂ©paration. Nous avons eu recours Ă  NoĂ©mie qui est venue avec son compagnon avec les outils nĂ©cessaires. Il a Ă©galement rĂ©parĂ© le pied central du lit qui Ă©tait mal fixĂ© et branlant.2) PiĂšce de sĂ©jour : la lampe halogĂšne morte. Cette lampe nous paraĂźt effectivement nĂ©cessaire car la piĂšce est sombre. NoĂ©mie a la gentillesse de venir Ă  nouveau aujourd'hui pour remplacer l'ampoule HalogĂšne .3) Frigidaire : la lampe ne marche pas et sera remplacĂ©e Ă©galement cet aprĂšs-midi par NoĂ©mie.4) La lampe de la cuisiniĂšre ne marche pas.Conclusion : les Ă©quipements du studio ne sont pas vĂ©rifiĂ©s aprĂšs chaque location (ce qui devrait ĂȘtre de votre responsabilitĂ©) ce qui paraĂźt anormale pour un contrat de location classique mais inacceptable pour une location dĂ©passant les 800/s.Je confirme que NoĂ©mie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs attentionnĂ©e , serviable et efficace.Bien Ă  vousBertrand Brintet"PS : message restĂ© sans rĂ©pponse ...!

Appartement trÚs sympa équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. Rez de chaussée nickel pour ne pas porter trop loin les Affaires. Petit bémol lors de notre séjour les travaux au niveau de la station qui créént des surprises mais bon à priori c'est pour améliorer la station donc si on revient l'année prochaine tout sera parfait.

AprĂšs une grosse deception concernant la piscine que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser malgrĂ© la photo aĂ©rienne de l’immeuble la montrant, avons apprecie cet appartement de plein pied malgrĂ© quelques problĂšmes comme le support de douche cassĂ© ou des lampes ne fonctionnant pas. Par contre, les 50 euro remis a la responsable pour le mĂ©nage s’avĂšre etre une belle arnaque. A notre depart, cette dame nous a laisse pantois par son agressivitĂ© trouvant notre mĂ©nage mal fait et nous sommes au regret de vous dire que nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet appartement.

La personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est trÚs accueillante et disponible. L'appartement est cosy bien que des inondations récentes aient dégradé le logement. TrÚs compliqué d'utiliser le lave vaisselle, s'il vous est possible de mettre un mot pour expliquer rapidement ça serait bénéfique aux futures personnes ! Tout le matériel nécessaire pour manger et les consommables non périssables sont mis à disposition (excepté le papier toilette, il ne restait que quelques feuilles !) Les chiens sont acceptés, c'est top ! Merci beaucoup Le seul bémol a mon sens serait l'option ménage obligatoire et surtout à payer en liquide a la remise des clés... J'ai eu un peu peur car aucune preuve de ce versement mais au final tout s'est bien passé.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour aux Esserts dans cet appartement spacieux et bien agencĂ©. La localisation est idĂ©ale, Ă  quelques pas des remontĂ©es. L’hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© arrangeante et disponible. Seuls bĂ©mols, quelques soucis Ă©lectriques (chauffage au sol, eau chaude et appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers qui disjonctent ou ne fonctionnent pas) qui devraient ĂȘtre apparemment rĂ©solus. Et surtout, pas de wifi lors de notre sĂ©jour jusqu’à l’avant-dernier jour, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt gĂȘnant. Bon sĂ©jour nĂ©anmoins, nous recommandons.

Fantastic location and well equipped

A wonderful apartment in a brilliant location for ski lifts, bar, boulangerie and childcare/ski schools! We had a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly by the owner (via telephone) and their local contact. Only thing that might be tricky is that local contact doesn’t really speak English. Ok for my French though. Warm and comfortable well equipped for self catering ( we have 3 kids aged 13,11 and 5). Great having a bath and washing machine! Big fridge. We slept in the main room on the sofa bed and let the kids have the bedroom but we could have fitted in there too at a squeeze. WiFi was unreliable coming and going all week. Seemed to be shared for the building so don’t know if it’s a capacity issue. We liked it so much we’ve booked to return. As long as les Esserts has good snow it is wonderful family friendly place,
