Great experience

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but close to everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

It was clean, and comfortable, as well as spacious. The dining room table is very small, and it smelled a little bit like smoke. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Awesome place!

This place was seriously awesome. We would love to stay here again if you would let us. We are in this area about 3-4 times a years. Everything was great. Just a couple things to let you know. The screen for the window in the bedroom was off. And the toilet paper holder kept coming off. Other than that we had a blast at your place and can not wait to stay there again. Thanks again!!

Dark and crowded community

The unit we rented had only two windows. One of the windows was by the front door which was a high traffic area, so we had to keep it closed for privacy. For a "beach" vacation, we felt more like we were staying in a cold and dark cell. Moreover, the unit next door was rented out to a family of what felt like 20 people. They built a large grill right and a large pot to fry things outside of our unit and were all sitting on the walkway. Their large party also appeared to overtake the pool area, making it crowded and restricted our movement. We contact the property manager asking for help but our emails have been largely unattended to. We will not return to this unit.

We loved everything about it, the pool was excellent, even though we could not go in it, bc my husband had surgery and we couldn't get in the water!!! Next time when we go to Corpus I will rent that same Condo!!! We loved the bed also, it was nice to have a king size bed!!!!!!!! Thanks so much!

Clean, neat, roomy for 3 people, convenient

The place is actually more spacious than the pictures. Very clean. Full size Washer Dryer are very good. Water hose front and back of the unit to wash your feet and the clean outdoor front porch are very convenient for your stuffs after the day at the beach. Decoration could be better, but not a must. Pool is ok, not so clean. 4 minute drive to beach, restaurants, gas station, etc... In general i'm happy with this place and what it has to offer.

Perfect spot!

Very clean, with new couch and loveseat. Love the stained concrete floors, no worries about sand or even spilling as it is easy to clean up! Stayed in the same room as we did three years ago. We will always stay here when we come to Corpus. We can be on the beach in less than 5 minutes! Never used the pool, but looks clean and inviting! Definitely recommended.

Fast management response

The bathtub would not drain the first day of our stay, but we contacted management and within an hour maintenance was at the property fixing the problem. The rest of the stay was good. There was some dog hair scattered around inside. We found it very loud inside, especially with toddlers. I’m pretty sure we were the loudest tenants while we where there.

Comfortable

Need a TV listing, maybe an ottoman but a very roomy place. Patio was very nice but take some pic which works well. Nice pool. The grounds are nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Kitchen nice.

Just right!

We really enjoyed staying in this great home during our anniversary trip. It was clean, very pleasing and relaxing. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a great location with it being just down the street from the beach. It is close to places to eat and shop as well. We would most definitely stay there again if we could.

Clean place for the weekend

Easy to book online with good communication regarding check in/out, entry code to get in. This place is a no frills, very basic place to stay. Clean inside, plenty of towels, comfortable bed. Be prepared to bring stuff for cooking - ie: oil, foil, seasonings. Parking is behind the condo, as well. Our only two complaints for the property management or Owner is 1) to provide instructions for the TV.. there are 3 remotes w. boxes, at least, and no instructions so this was a little frustrating to figure out how to bring up a menu. 2) Please put some blackout curtains in the bedroom. There is a light right by the window that stays on all night long. It's bright when trying to go to sleep at night. Outside is a little run down but when you go inside, its nice and tidy.

Hurricane getaway

Property was very nice, and clean, and our kids loved the large pool area. Only thing we had a minor issue with was finding a good nice grass area for our dog to go potty. There is a small empty house lot behind the property, but it is full of stickers, and made it hard to take the dog out there to potty. Overall tho, very nice place to stay for the price.

Family vacation

The condo was bigger than we thought. The pool was very kid and adult friendly. The property is 5 mins from the beach. The only thing that was messed up was one blind on the front door was broken but didn't hinder the stay one bit. Will deffently book and stay again in the future.

This place is amazing. Has everything you need for a weekend get away. The place is in GREAT shape, clean, reasonable, and has an amazing pool for the kids and adults. It is located just right to get anything and everything you might need in Corpus. This was not our first stay, and will not be out last.

Clean & Comfortable

We were very please with our stay. Condo was clean with the exception of the coffee maker. Coffee grounds were still in filter. We cleaned and wiped everything down as a precaution, room temperature was very comfortable and cool. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Forgot to see what type it was as it was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We would stay here again!
