as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

My first beach vacation

The place was perfect. Super clean. Loved the decor. Great view. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Definitely will use this host and spot for future.

Perfect location

Cute little condo with in walking distance to Whitecap beach. Has everything you need including washer and dryer. Only recommendation might be to add a little dust buster to help with sand cleanup lol. Bed was large and comfortable and the sleeper sofa fit my 15 year old son just fine. Sunset view off the balcony is lovely

Awesome stay

It was quiet, clean, doing some remodeling but nothing that kept us from having a great time. Everything was easy to do and no issues we had everything that we needed. I will certainly stay again and hopefully real soon.

We love the location and easy walk to the beach! This was our 2nd stay. The 4 star for cleanliness is bc of the shower - could use an up-grade of fixtures and good scrubbing of corners

The apartment was great, clean, and within easy walking distance to Whitecap Beach. The complex, though dated, is well maintained. Pool area is nice. Overall it is a great place to get away.

Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect distance from the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was so homey and inviting, well stocked and perfectly decorated. The host Courtney, is amazing with communication, I had several questions and she answered them in a super fast manner! I definitely will plan another trip with Courtney!

Wonderful!

We had such a great stay at this property! It was clean, cute, comfortable, and so close to the beach! We loved drinking wine on the porch and taking in the view. So nice having access to the pool as well. We will be back!

Great Place

The condo was as described. Beautiful views in the living room and bedroom. The bed was comfy and so was the sofa bed. Close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. We had a little hiccup but the owner responded quickly and was very helpful and kind making sure we were comfortable and not inconvenienced. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return in the near future.

The owner was very pleasant to work with. We even a situation arise and they were very accommodating. Everything was as shown. I would recommend.

Bug problems.

HUGE cockroach infestation. There were cockroachs every day. Had to buy bug repellent to just kill them. Had to clean up every day especially the kitchen as they were crawling all over the counters. I had seen on a previous review the mention of cockroachs but I didn't think it would be this bad. I considered leaving like the previous person did but it was the holidays and I wasn't sure I'd find a place. Would not recommend this place unless you are ok with bugs.
