Bel emplacement

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement du vendredi au lundi pour un week end en amoureux. Le logement est très bien situé en bas de la rue saint jean et à proximité de la plage. Le logement dispose d’une cour en rez de chaussée. Le logement est petit mais convient pour deux personnes. Nous avons toutefois été déçu par cette location dont les photos embellissent quelque peu la réalité. La chambre est microscopique, difficile de faire le tour du lit, nous avons eu l’impression de dormir dans une boîte, la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur des garages, peu de luminosités et les rangements sont inadaptés. Nous avons du relaver une grande partie de la vaisselle. L’entrée de l’appartement n’est franchement pas accueillant vieux tapis, dans une cour et la porte d’entrée ne fermerait pas s’il n’y avait pas de verrou à l’intérieur. Le reste n’était malheureusement pas non plus à notre convenance (meuble non adapté, travaux réalisés sans finition, odeur désagréable dans le logement). Nous avons été déçu par cette location bien que de grands amoureux du touquet.

L'appartement est super bien placé, par contre la propreté laisse à désirer (serviette en papier et coton tige usagés sous le lit), pour 2 personnes l'espace est suffisant, au delà ça risque de faire petit. Le Touquet est une super station, beaucoup de promenades à faire, nombreux bars et resto très sympa. Contact avec l'agence immobilière très simple et rapide.

Propriété calme, très bien située. En bord de mer et très proche de la rue Saint Jean. Studio cabine en rez de chaussée, jardinet commun à tous les appartements du rez de chaussée mais partie terrasse séparée des voisins. Le lit occupe toute la chambre, seule possibilité pour un lit parapluie dans le couloir assez étroit. Espace salon/cuisine bien aménagé et bien fourni en vaisselle et autres.

propriété très agréable, propre, identique à ce qui est noté sur le site; proche de la plage et des commerces. On peut tout faire à pied.Terrasse au soleil qui nous a permis de déjeuner dehors. Le plus qui en pleine saison est le "must" une place privée de parking pour cette location.

Très beau petit appartement, assez bien équipé. La terrasse et la pelouse sont appréciables pour les repas en extérieur quand le temps le permet. Petit bémol, l'entrée de l'appartement est très difficile à trouver , une fois devant l'immeuble (configuration étrange des entrées). Sinon, rien à redire.
