Far more quiet and less congested than houses at Signature, "Casa De Relaxo (or "Casa" for short) is the perfect place to unwind, play golf, swim, enjoy the clubhouse, or just relax! Feel free to read the reviews from our numerous repeat renters...

Overlooking the 18th fairway and green at PGA West's Nicklaus Tournament course, this home has everything you need to fully enjoy your time. Very large, deep swimming pool (one of the very best here for sure!) with full size tanning shelf, hot tub, outdoor TV, fireplace, pool toys, ample seating/lounging and umbrellas throughout. Fabulous views of the golf course, mountains, and lake that are second-to-none! All new/modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, double oven, Sonos, Nest thermostats, Ring, Keurig, Spectrum Internet and TV, printer, - a great place to enjoy time with family and friends or entertain. Nothing more than a 5-iron to the club-house, its a short walk to the clubhouse and Ernies - a great place to dine, have a drink, or just watch the golfers come in.

Huge master bedroom with sitting area, and master bath. Each additional bedroom includes TV, and its own attached full bathroom. 4th interior room, fully furnished, also includes sofa/sleeper and comfortably sleeps 2 more if you wish it.

You absolutely wont want to leave "the Casa" :)

Perfect Week in La Quinta

The property was one of the best we have ever rented and was a perfect retreat for my family. It has a great location. You can walk to the PGA West clubhouse, but it also a short drive to old town La Quinta. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed the one minor issue that arose. Most importantly, the house has that rare balance where it feels like home when you are there, but you don’t feel like you are invading someone else’s home. We can’t wait to return.

This property comes as advertised. Beautiful house in a great location. The property is well stocked and everything functions very well. The pool and hot tub work well and are heated to a pleasant temperature. Lisa and Jeff were very easy to work with and were very responsive to our needs. We cannot say enough good things about our stay and when we visit La Quinta again, we will not hesitate to stay here.

Exceeded Expectations

We traveled to La Quinta to do nothing but stay in, relax by the pool, soak Up the sun & recharge our batteries. Jeff’s home exceeded all we were looking for. Calm & quiet neighborhood, massive pool overlooking the golf course, TV’s in every room for the sports fans and a big kitchen. Jeff is very responsive to any questions and puts in the effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. Hope to be back again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home and we would highly recommend it to others.

Jeff, the owner was great and responded prompt to all inquiries. I can’t say the same for the property manager. Also, the house is a bit tricky to find as GPS takes you to an un-manned gate. Get specific directions from the property manager before hitting the road to avoid this frustration.

We were extremely pleased with this home! Beginning to end, everything went very smooth. Jeff was quick to respond with answers to our questions, prior to our stay. Jennifer was excellent! We had a smoke alarm start beeping at 9pm, it was high in the foyer. We were unable to reach it, she and her husband made the trip over to climb the ladder to remove the alarm. We were very grateful. The home was clean, filled with paper products, spices, etc. It's beautifully decorated. We had a few golf balls that landed in the pool area! Be aware of this. The pool and spa are great. We would highly recommend this home. We would rent this home again!

Perfect relaxing getaway

My family and I were looking for a relaxing golf property with a nice kitchen for Thanksgiving week, and Casa de Relaxo was PERFECT! First of all, the communication with Jeff was really amazing. He even gave us suggestions for golf and restaurants. He was incredibly helpful and easy to get a hold of. The house itself is just how it appears in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a BIG Thanksgiving feast. Quiet location on the course. We never wanted to leave. Pool is a really nice size. I didn’t realize there was a ping pong table!! Jeff also has a really nice selection of books under the TV in the TV room by the kitchen. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. But overall, if you are looking to unwind and relax, it’s a perfect house for just that. Thank you Jeff! We can’t wait to stay there again!!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Casa De Relaxo in February/March. The owner, Jeff, was extremely responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Loved our stay

Our family of four adults loved staying in this home. It’s light and bright and very comfortable. The pool area is wonderful with lots of seating options & comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas and nice towels. The neighborhood is nice for walking and everyone is very friendly. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and very helpful. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to go back.

We rented several times in Palm Springs and specifically PGAWest, and then decided to buy. We looked and looked and when we saw this property, we knew it was the right one. Even in a short amount of time we've already created such great memories here at what we now call "Casa De Relaxo" ("CDR")

Why they chose this property

Its a perfect location, with views of mountains in the distance, the lake on the 18th fairway, and beautiful morning sun. The pool is large, with a great hot tub, and a lot of room on the sundeck, with 3 or 4 separate seating/reclining areas. Kids absolutely love it! Its a 200 yard walk to the clubhouse, driving range and first tee of both the Stadium course and the Nicklaus course. We also want CDR to be "warm and inviting" - a place you truly don't want to leave.

What makes this property unique

We especially like the large tanning shelf - - something most pools here don't have. - Relaxing in 12 inches of water under an umbrella to stay cool while having a drink - -heaven!
