We love the corner room so we could see both the bday and the ocean! The room was large enough for me to bring an air mattress for one of my kids (cheaper than the extra roll-a-way bed). It was clean, quiet, and the resort is amazing- as always!

Would not recommend this unit!!!

This unit needs a 'deep' cleaning top to bottom including the carpet!!! The walls and molding need to be painted as there was a lot of damage. When we arrived to the hotel we had to wait for several hours for our room to be ready. Once getting access to the room it was immediately apparent that the room had not been cleaned. There was hair in all of the sinks, bath tub and on the shower floors from the tenants prior to us. The sinks in the main bath room did not drain properly our entire stay. There were several things broken in the unit (stove handle, microwave door, handle to sliding glass door to patio, etc.). The unit was disgusting. We called down to ask the room be recleaned while we went to find something to eat. I would not recommend this unit to anyone renting at this hotel!!!!! Have pictures that we took during our visit and would love to share with those looking to rent this unit. Stay Away!!!!

Very pleasant stay

We have been to this resort multiple times and this unit was one of the best we have seen. Very spacious and clean. Owner communication was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone else.

Horrible service, no towels no sheets,blankets & pillows. Couldn’t get them for days.

I will never rent from this person again. But most of the issues is not from the property owner, it’s from the Fountainbleau’s severe lack of service!!!

Best place to stay in Miami Beach

The Fontainebleau is the iconic hotel in Miami. Property is well maintained, security throughout the building, friendly staff and close walking proximity to great restaurants. This apartment has everything you need, it’s spacious, clean, with gorgeous views. If you are in need of anything, it’s walking distance to drug stores, restaurants and there’s a night life in the same hotel, dance club and bar downstairs. The apartment can use an upgraded stereo system, other than that, it’s a great deal. The spa facility was undergoing construction at our time of stay so we were limited to spa services. Parking in valet on the side of the building where this apartment is located was a breeze and quite compared to their main entrance.
