Behaviour following trip

The stay itself was great and the condition of the apartment and communication was wonderful throughout. I only leave 1 star as after the stay, we recieved a surprisingly rude message from the owner claiming we hadnt cleaned the apartment. It was never indicated to us that we were required to clean however we mopped and swept the floor as well as cleaning the surfaces as that is the polite thing to do after staying despite there being little to no cleaning products. I politely replied that I was sorry that it was not up to her standard but we did in fact clean. The reply to this was surprising as she didnt believe what i said! If i had known i would be accused of this I would have filmed us cleaning! There was no need to be so unkind about something that was not even mentioned as our responsibility. These messages have soured what was otherwise a great trip.

Dans un premier temps, le voyageur était tout à fait satisfait et puis, il a constaté que les draps n'étaient pas fournis, conformément à ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce. Il a alors changé de ton : il a fait des menaces et a inventé des problèmes qui n'existaient pas pour se faire rembourser.

Proche Palavas tarif accessible

Une petite Maisonnette sympa dont le prix est raisonnable pour l'emplacement géographique . Situé à coté de la maison de la propriétaire , sécurisé par un portail commun, dommage que le chemin et le terrain pour y arriver ne soit pas bien rangé , à cause des enfants et petits enfants .. Geneviève est gentille mais un peu âgée et en béquille. la TV, la clim, les volets, la cafetiere,la salle d'eau fonctionnent bien ! quelques chats magnifiques et plusieurs enfants sont omniprésents . Mais pour ce prix à Palavas c'est cool !

Tutto molto bene , per una vacanza di 10 giorni va molto bene , posto molto tranquillo ,attrezzato di tutto come descritto sul annuncio, la signora Germa molto gentile . La comunicazione con Vrbo è stata perfetta non ho avuto nessun problema.

Bonjour, Je ne souhaite pas déclarer mes vacances cependant : un réel problème de propreté dans le logement. Nous étions sur le point de relouer un autre logement et de perdre la somme de la réservation.

De plus, les vacanciers qui vous avaient précédés m'avaient dit être enchantés de leur séjour et ils avaient laissé très propre. Le logement est régulièrement entretenu par une professionnelle.

Bon séjour. Nous sommes globalement satisfaits !

Le logement était très agréable. Les transports en commun sont tout proche. On peut profiter de la tranquillité de la campagne. La propriétaire est très gentille et agréable. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Les lits sont biens. De meilleurs matelas seraient un plus. Un petit peu plus de propreté ferait de cette location, un lieu de villégiature temporaire presque parfait !
