The apartment consists of a dining area, living room very bright, with two balconies overlooking the sea, in one of the terraces you can eat in 5 people watching the sea, two beautiful rooms with two bathrooms, one with bath, a large entrance, and a mezzanine with a sofa bed and laundry area. The apartment is located on a hill in beautiful condominium of only 4 condos, is equipped with parking, Lerici town you can walk through a mostly pedestrian street in about 10 minutes. There is also a convenient bus service that leaves right in front of the gate house. You can do without the car always going to walk in the center and the sea. In Lerici there is the beach that the beach. The village is full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias. From the pier can be reached by ferry Porto Venere and Cinque Terre.

Great location in a great town

Great property for our family of four. The walk up the hill from town made our legs strong for the rest of our vacation. The view made me smile every time I saw it.

Lerici Trip

The apartment was well equipped annd the view was magnificent and exactly as described. Lerici is a totally charming town and gave us easy access to CinqueTerre. The owner and his assistant made communication easy and informative.Would recommend this property and town to anyone.

Es war eine schöne Woche, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön und die Wohnung sehr cute. Zum Strand muss man allerdings mit dem Bus fahren (der aber kostenlos ist und alle halbe stunde fährt) oder ca eine halbe Stunde laufen. Es gibt keinen Grill zum draußen grillen, damit ist die Backofenfunktion gemeint. Die Wohnung ist steil am Hang, man muss mit viel bergauf laufen rechnen. Es gab leider nur einen Parkplatz vor Ort, allerdings konnten wir die restlichen Autos an einer Tankstelle für eine kleinere Summe stehen lassen. Die Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit verfügbar und haben zügig geantwortet. War eine etwas andere, aber schöne Urlaubserfahrung.

Très bel appartement spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe au calme au coeur de la végétation : une carte postale journalière remarquable et apaisante. Allessandro est un hôte bienveillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lerici, avec de belles découvertes des villages typiques et leurs eaux turquoises par le lignes en bateau pour les Cinq Terres, Portovenere et Tellaro. Florence n'étant qu'à 1h en voiture nous avons pu également y passé une journée. Nous avons également apprécié l'accès privilégié à la plage du Lido.

Schönes Appartement aber nur 2 Schlafzimmer

Die Wohnung war insgesamt schön mit tollem Meerblick. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, die Matratzen der 2 Einzelbetten waren leider durchgelegen. Ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit Futon Bett hat sich als Hauswirtschaftsraum ohne Fenster unterm Dach herausgestellt, in dem man knapp stehen konnte. Darin waren Waschmaschine usw. untergebracht. Unmöglich das als Schlafzimmer zu titulieren.

The vistas

We spent a few months here and could not have been more pleased with the apartment. The views are stunning, with beautiful sunsets every evening and a birdseye perch to watch all of the activity of the busy gulf of poets. The town is close and such a nice community. It is a climb from town to the apartment, so advise having a car, or get yourself in shape for the hike up. It will be worth it! The host and the manager were both extremely helpful with all our needs. Missing Lerici already!!

Improvements needed

The property itself is generally good, it has excellent views of Lerici, which is the top thing about this property. However, the owner/manager needs to improve his customer service and communication skills. Be aware, this property is a family home, all cupboards have personal belongings, clothes and bed linen in them. This limits the storage space you, as a guest, will have for your own items. We were not comfortable with this arrangement. However, worse was to be found in the fridge, food products that had been half consumed by previous occupant of the property! Not the type of welcome gift we were expecting. The owner when questioned about this said, he thought we would be grateful of this food. Additionally, the cleaner, wanted to access the property whilst we were there, to do laundry for the owner. Again, we were not comfortable with this and it felt like an invasion of our privacy. The property has very high ceilings, which are the home to many spiders webs. Whilst, it is appreciated that due to the ceiling height cleaning would be difficult, this was unsightly and unappealing to us as guests. We were requested to bring our own bed linen and personal towels. This was not clearly stated in the listing, it was mentioned in the listing in Italian! In fact the listing implies that towels and bed linen are provided, as it mentions, in English, that these are laundered at a high temperature. This is very misleading and if like ourselves you are travelling by airplane, bring these items uses up precious baggage allowance. As mentioned by other reviewers the property is on a steep hill, and up a number of flights of steps, if you are fit and health like us, it won’t be a problem. Overall, we enjoyed Lerici and Italy, but could have been better in many areas of the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Lerici. Lerici is a really wonderful town! Lots of restaurants. Public beach in walking distance. The place we stayed was nice with terrific view! The walk from the house to the center was very steep; so not recommend for infirm or elderly people.

Traumhafter Blick und zentrale Lage am Hang

Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist sehr zutreffend. Die Lage am Hang ist typisch für die Gegend und man wird mit einem super Ausblick auf die Bucht belohnt. Die Wohnung bietet sechs Schlafplätze und zwei Bäder. Der Parkplatz kann mit einem grösseren Auto etwas schwerer zu erreichen sein, da der Rangierplatz begrenzt ist. Wir haben zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Gegend unternommen, inbes. 5terre, Pisa und Genua. In Lerici kann man den frei zugänglichen Sandstrand geniessen, Sonnenschirm und Einsteckhülse nicht vergessen. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten. Nur einen kurzen Abschnitt muss man auf der Hauptstrasse gehen. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung gibt auch Hinweise zum Umgang mit dem Hausmüll und der Mülltrennung. Wir haben den italienischen Flair und die Wohnung ohne Hotelstress genossen. In der Umgebung, insbes. Sarzana, kann man sehr gut Verpflegung einkaufen. Das Objekt ist eine klare Empfehlung für Menschen, die den Aufstieg nicht scheuen, bzw. mit dem Auto umgehen können (was generell für Italien gilt). Lerici und Umgebung bieten traumhafte Ausflüge für jeden Geschmack. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme.

Traumwohnung

Wir (2Erwachsene, 3Kinder) haben traumhafte Ferien verlebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen unglaublich tollen Ausblick. Wir haben von dort Ausflüge nach Pisa, Genua, Florenz und zu den Cinque Terre gemacht. Außerdem kann man herrlich wandern und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 min. Lerici selber hat uns super gefallen. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gute Tips gegeben und wir fühlten uns sehr gut von ihm betreut. Der Urlaub in der Wohnung war im Ganzen super klasse. Einzig eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern hat uns etwas gefehlt. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den herrlichen Urlaub

Ausgezeichnet, sehr komfortabel, wunderbare Lage

Für eine 5-köpfige Familie mit drei fast erwachsenen Kindern war ausreichend Platz für alle, einschl. des Gepäckes. Durch die erhöhte Lage war es nachts nicht zu heiß und auch die Betten waren gut, praktisch waren auch die 2 Toiletten mit jeweils Bad bzw. Dusche. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Interieur gehoben und stilvoll. Durch die erhöhte Lage war der Ausblick auf die Bucht von La Spezia und Lerici überwältigend, sanft romantisch in Pastelltönen, mit weich hügeligem Ufer und Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Portovenere und die daneben gelagerten Inselchen. Auch die gelegentlich in der Ferne langsam vorübergleitenden großen Schiffe in der malerischen Bucht verbreiteten Bilderbuchatmosphäre. Das Haus mit schöner Natursteintreppe liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Lerici war sehr gepflegt mit wunderbaren alten Gässchen und Häuschen und einem schönen großen Platz am Hafen, die Strände sauber und mit Sand. Die Mietliegen waren allerdings recht teuer. Den kurzen, aber steilen Weg ins Dorf konnte man mit dem Bus zurücklegen, der direkt am Haus hielt. Mit dem Bus kam man einfach nach La Spezia und von dort mit dem Zug nach Cinque terre, was allerdings für 5 Personen ziemlich kostspielig war. Ausflugsziele für uns waren überdies Carrerra, Pisa und Florenz. Hauptplus war vor allem der tolle Ausblick von der Wohnung auf den "Golf der Poeten". Schließlich möchten wir erwähnen, daß die Gastgeber Alessandro und Marta uns mit ihren beiden Kindern persönlich begrüßten und ihre Hilfe für alle Eventualitäten anboten. Ein Urlaub in Italien, an den wir gerne zurückdenken.

Grandioser Blick auf den Golf der Poeten

Nach einem sportlichen Aufstieg wird man mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf belohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, angenehm mit 2 Bädern und einer kompletten Grundversorgung. Dank guter Busanbindung und Bootstouren konnten wir die Region sehr gut erkunden. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben.
