Apartment in the attic of an elegant villa in Renaissance style but modern and well equipped with fine finishes and historic furnishings with a large park full of exotic plants and with a 10 x 3 m swimming pool. Proximity to the wine hills of Candia and the sea of Versilia 4.5 km, park of the Apuan Alps: 3.5 km, Lerici and Cinque Terre 45 km, Pisa: 50 km Lucca 45 km Florence km115. Possibility of walking in the mountains, frequent restaurants with Italian and Tuscan specialties. It is also possible to make excursions by sea to the splendid villages of the Cinque Terre. The large Lunigiana area rich in castles and medieval towns offers beautiful excursions, all less than half an hour from the villa. Garden equipped with deckchairs, chairs, barbecue tables, ping pong. Area close to all urban services: restaurants, distributor banks, shops, etc. On the same floor there is another apartment also rented to families. The owners live on the ground floor. The area is silent and there are no annoying sound sources.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detaille eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die beiden Balkone/Dachterrassen wurden von uns gut genutzt. Im wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Garten gibt es einen großen Pool, Grillmöglichkeit, eine Tischtennisplatte und reichlich Platz. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen ist es geradezu genial. Durch die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer Anna und Paolo haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Beide sind sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Es ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! - The house and garden are beautiful and lovely. Anna and Paolo are welcoming and friendly hosts. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. We'd definitely recommend it! Thank you so much for the very nice week we spent there.

Heerlijk appartement. Superzwembad. De tuin is een oase, palmbomen en al, in een redelijk drukke buurt. Vriendelijke mensen. Goed startpunt voor allerlei bezienswaardigheden en belevenissen. 10 minuten rijden van het strand. Op loopafstand van een aantal leuke restaurantjes. We hebben genoten!

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe für‘s Detaille eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Da es im April zeitweilig recht kühl wurde haben wir einige Male mittels Klimaanlage heizen müssen, was problemlos ging. Die beiden Balkone/Dachterrassen haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auf einem könnte man z. B. Wäsche aufhängen, auf dem anderen stehen Tisch und Stühle. Die Waschmaschine im Erdgeschoss wird von der Familie genutzt, kann aber nach Absprache jederzeit verwendet werden. Im Garten gibt es einen großen Pool, Grillmöglichkeit, eine Tischtennisplatte und genug Platz für Bewegungsspiele mit den Kindern. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig. Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, wo dafür leicht Parkplätze zu finden sind. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen ist es geradezu genial. Wir haben uns nicht zuletzt dank der besonderen Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer Anna und Paolo sehr wohl gefühlt! Beide sind sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, um Rücksichtnahme und Hilfsbereitschaft, und Anna spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

100% Zufriedenheit

Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung überzeugt. Der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, auch wenn man mal nicht im großen Pool planscht. Dabei bleibt die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schattenplätzen. Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Carrara und zur Not auch Florenz und Siena runden die Möglichkeiten dieser abseits des Trubels gelegenen Unterkunft ab. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auch beim zweiten Mal rundum wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Les parents avaient une trés belle chambre avec 2 grands lits en 140 cm. Une cuisine trés agréable et 2 belles terrasses pour notre confort. Le tout équipée de chaises longues etc.. Le jardin rayonne avec sa piscine et ses palmiers. Un maison de charme avec des hôtes remarquablement gentils et de niveau. A conseiller!

Eine tolle Woche

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen: die große Wohnung hat stil und ist wunderbach ausgerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr rühig mit einem wunderschön Garten und Pool. Das Kinderzimmer hat 3 Bette und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat 2 Terrase und sorgt für Freiheit. Wir würden diesem Haus weiter empfehlen.
