Located in a quiet area, with wonderful views of the orange trees and the Mediterranean, this newly built luxury house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and garage. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure rest during the holidays. Access through the double doors of the living room to the comfortable furnished terrace and enjoy the exceptional panoramic views that nature offers us between Jávea and Denia. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace and bathe in your own private pool

Kitchen
Modern, well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, toaster and kettle. It has a special tap that filters the water and allows you to drink it directly.

The bathroom has a large shower with mosaic design, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.

The master bedroom has large single beds, overlooking the pool and terrace. It also has air conditioning / heating. The second bedroom has large single beds and ceiling fan.

Mooi en net huis

Het vakantiehuis is mooi en een fraai zwembad in een aardige omgeving. Bij aankomst keurig schoon en het contact met de verhuurder was ook goed. Lastig waren wel de vele muggen in de omgeving. Echt tot laat buiten zitten was er niet bij. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen. We raden het verblijf dan ook aan.

La propriete est assez difficile d acces : route en montagne tres etroite,le garage etait plein du coup impossible de stationner dedans.Heureusement que la communication avec l administrateur est tres satisfaisante,il est tres reactive,la propriete etait tres propre,nous avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du calme a cause de voisins ayant loué la villa du haut qui etaient tres bruyant avec la musique nuit et jour,et les travaux de jardinage effectue toute la semaine,mais tout cela independamment de la volonte du propritaire.

Lovely villa for a quiet peaceful holiday

Lovely villa had all we needed. Children aged 11 and 12 loved the pool. Propery agent was easy to contact if we needed advice. Beautiful location on the hillside with a sea view. Local village met basic needs but definitely need a car both for local shopping and exploring the surrounding area. Would recommend this holiday.

Absolutely Wonderful

A beautiful property in an ideal location. Can not fault this villa one bit. I had my 84 year old father with me and also a 3 year old granddaughter and both loved the place. We will miss the pool so much and the lovely village of Orba xxxx

Gorgeous villa in great location

Had a great vacation in this lovely villa. Wonderful pool. Great location for a quiet and relaxing time. I recommend a rental car to explore the villages and beaches nearby. Villa was clean, had everything we needed, well maintained. AC and WIFI both good. Easy to get to shops and restaurants. Jose was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Lovely property, fabulous pool.

A lovely home away from home. Equipped with all you need for an enjoyable time. Children were comfortable in twin room and loved the pool. Nice quiet location for them being safe to play outside. Not over looked. Beautiful views. Will definitely be booking again for next year. Would recommend to anyone.

Hemos estado un matrimonio con dos niños cuatro días en esta casa y la recomiendo al ciento por ciento. Tranquila, acogedora, muy bien acondicionada con su chimenea, radiador y aire acondicionado. La cocina muy completa, incluido el lavavajillas y la osmosis para beber agua con mejor sabor, la única pega el tostador un poco pequeño, pero salvo eso tenía de todo. Muy buenas vistas y la piscina pues la dejamos para cuando haga calor pero tenía una pinta espectacular. Un poco retirada pero con las indicaciones que nos dieron la encontramos sin problemas. Juegos de mesa, libros (en inglés, echamos de menos alguno en castellano, música, películas,...) Recomendable totalmente. Quizás una recomendación, libro de instrucciones del sintonizador de satélite que no usamos.

Peaceful and simple.

Jose was very helpful to us. There was even a small bottle of Spanish olive oil waiting for us! The house is very clean and comfortable. Inside is bright but if you need a dark room to sleep, there are shutters on the windows to provide the shade. The view from the terrace and the pool is beautiful. There are comfortable lounge chairs by the pool which was perfectly clean. It is a well appointed house and the town of Orba has some very nice restaurants.

A perfect retreat.

My partner and I spent a wonderful week at Villa Amistad in early July. The villa is in a quiet location but near the town of Orba, so all facilities (shops, bank, supermarkets, restaurants) are nearby. The view across the hills and over towards the sea are fabulous. The pool is private and sits overlooking the hills - truly beautiful - and especially lovely with the night-time underwater lights turned on. The villa is beautifully designed, with two air conditioned bedrooms and all the necessary modern appliances. I found the location in Orba to be perfect as a base for visiting many places of interest (a car is a necessity); head off into the mountains towards the magical castle at Guadalest and the wonderful waterfalls at Algar. Or drive the 10 miles or so to Denia and explore the beaches along the South Eastern coast. All within easy reach by car. Actually, the villa was so nice sometimes we just wanted to stay put. Meals on the terrace with its lofty views were a particular highlight. Jose, the owner, is very friendly and is available if needed during the stay - I believe he lives nearby. I would very much recommend this villa. Great value and a very relaxing holiday! Thank you.

Ravis de notre séjour à la casa Amistad

La maison se situe dans un quartier isolé et residential. Elle a toutes les commodities, très bien équipée. La piscine est superbe. L'accueil fut très chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Garage fermé pour mettre la voiture en sécurité. Merci pour tout et à bientôt.
