This pretty holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Denia with sea views. Two large terraces, one of them covered and the large private pool invite you to sunbathe and have a glass of wine in the evening.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine. In the living room there is a fireplace, satellite TV and WiFi. The entire house is equipped with gas central heating. The view of the pool area with loungers and the sea is particularly beautiful.
