This home is a great home for multi-generational family vacations. Child friendly, Pet friendly (with fee)-- Heated Saltwater pool & spa -- and dock with electric and water.

This is a BEACH property! It is literally just a 4 minute walk to the famous Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Beach (yes we timed it -- even with kids -- and about 3 more minutes to the Pier and a large selection of more than 20 restaurants and more shops. There are even live bands on Friday and Saturday nights!

We provide a wagon and beach chairs to make it even easier.

Many of our guests have chosen this home it is a short distance to multiple houses of worship.

We have just REFRESHED this home by updating the kitchen, floors, and even the dock decking.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CLEAR YOUR DATES WITH US FIRST. We do advertise on multiple booking platforms and websites AND DO NOT sync our Calendars.

What does this mean to you? It means if you use the Instant booking Feature, and the home was booked on another platform, we will need to cancel the reservation -- and it can take sometimes more than 30 days for VRBO to refund your money.

So for a GREAT Vacation/Travel Experience, we recommend checking your dates before booking.

BACK TO THE FUN STUFF . . . And Beach House Amenities
The large open family room has a sofa that your entire family will be able to enjoy and a beautiful fire place -- this room then winds around into a dining room and a large gourmet kitchen -- all overlooking the pool, spa, and dock areas. Whether you and your family and guests are enjoying the outdoor entertainment areas and watching the many boats go by -- or perhaps you will choose to rent a boat and enjoy our dock space, you will certainly enjoy many hours in the heated pool and grilling outside.

FUN THINGS AT THIS HOME

We have 4 paddle boards you can use on the quiet deep water canal or even rent boat or bring your own (we have 50 AMP electric and water at our dock).

If you must work, we have provided a beautiful desk and printer which overlooks the water and pool -- to give you motivation to finish up quickly!


This lovely designer decorated 5 bedroom plus a loft home is great for families -- plenty of room to spread out.

The owners purchased it on March 30, 2018 -- they spared no expense in furnishing it to make your vacation enjoyable and memorable -- the certificate of occupancy was issued in 2017 -- so it is considered new construction.

Literally you just need to pack your suitcase with swimsuits, shorts, and sundresses -- and, of course, a toothbrush!

This is an amazing property - and not to be missed. We even have a loft (6th bedroom) that has a Foosball table.

Please note when staying more than 10 nights, there will be an additional cleaning charge -- and extended stays may incur additional in residence cleaning fees as we have found this allows our Team to discover potential items which are not working and avoid deductions against your refundable damages deposit.

The City of Lauderdale by the Sea has an Ordinance which requires a minimum 7 night stay -- and a maximum of 10 guests (yes children count). And we do screen our guests.

Please note that we do split our Holiday weeks to maximize income -- (please see dates below) .


Please note that when using a credit card, there will be a 4% convenience fee added to the charge--this must be done manually. International travelers have VAT and this will increase to approximately 8%.
