Great Condo, Better Service

The Condo was nice, better finished then the other condo we stayed in the first half of our trip due to availability. Small hiccup during Check-In but man the customer service is on point and had fixed quickly Lori with customer service and Tameka the property managaer our the best! 10/10 would book with Vacasa again just because of them!

Nice condo on the beach

I always enjoy staying at The Plantation. It is quite with a lot of amenities and perfect for our family. The 2 BR, 2 BA condo is very nice and you have a balcony to enjoy the view of the gulf. We will be back next year!

Cute place!

The room is cute! It could have been cleaner! The bedding was worn and the comforter wasn’t washed, but there was only a sheet for cover on the beds (luckily I brought my own) Chairs on the porch were broken. We did love the kitchen!! Overall I will give it 4 stars because it’s things that can be easily fixed!

Mardi Gras 2020

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores the unit was accommodating for two couples. It was further than expected from Mobile, as we were participating in a couple days of Mardi Gras events there. The unit had everything that you needed as far as appliances and cooking amenities some things that I did notice were that it could have been cleaned a little better The unit was dusty, but overall fairly clean. I would definitely look into upgrading the TVs in the unit both bedrooms and the living room area as well as upgrading the toilet units, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I would probably rent from them again and I would give it an overall rating of good.

Very nice condo

The condo was clean and well maintained. The amenities were great, especially for the price. Washer/dryer combo made it nice to take clean clothes home with us and not have to worry about doing loads of laundry once we got home. There were even beach chairs provided by the owner, which was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was a little loud, but not that big of a deal. Will definitely stay there again.

The only real thing that bothered us was when we were trying to take our items out to our vehicle we wanted to go back in and look over and start dish washer..this was at 10. Well we couldn't open door all the way because they were in there cleaning already!!!!! Check out is at 11.. we just walked out to take our stuff and they were already in there. So I thought that was a bit rude..what if we still had items in there?? Or needed to use the bathroom..and so on?? Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was beautiful! We loved the indoor pool and steam room. The only drawback was the combo washer and dryer. It takes all day to dry a small load of clothes, however there are dryers on the property though. We would definitely stay there again!
