Studio très propre mais au deuxième étage sans ascenseur c'est assez pénible pour des personnes assez âgées. Par contre la localisation par rapport au bord de mer est exceptionnel. A cent mètres de ce studio la vue est magnifique et les promenades sont remarquables.

Appartement saint servan

Proche de toutes les commodités, cet appartement est dans une rue calme. J ai apprécié mon séjour durant lequel j ai pu visiter saint malo intra-muros, dinart, dinan, cancale et le mont saint michel très facilement depuis la location. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est agréable et très réactif. Une très bonne semaine. J y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Notre séjour à Saint-Malo

Lors de notre arrivée au rendez-vous, nous avons été bien reçu, l'appartement est conforme à nos attentes par rapport au descriptif et photos, celui-ci se trouve à 10/15 mn à pied de la citée corsaire. Aucune remarque sur la propreté des lieux. Nous saurons où aller lorsque nous reviendrons à Saint Malo. bien cordialement.

Studio très bien situé à 50m des halles de St Servan, bien équipé, bonne literie, exceptionnellement calme, à proximité immédiate des commerces de la rue principale et des stationnements gratuits. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour autour de St Malo. Nous recommandons.
