This place was not up to standard and was misleading in the description. The sleeping options were either bunk beds or a futon. Neither of which came with sheets or pillow cases. As for the parking on site, it means you have to find a spot in the street in a very busy area. Unfortunately for us the booking was non refundable and we have been charged the full price for two nights even though we declined the room. For sanitary reasons we chose to pay for a hotel rather than sleep there. Expedia was our booking agent and said the refund was up to the host. We have heard nothing from either.

studio équipé de façon très sommaire

Attention, le linge n'est pas fourni, ce qui aurait dû être précisé explicitement dans l'annonce ou dès les premiers échanges avec le propriétaire. Nous avons donc perdu une demi-journée sur quatre dans un supermarché à chercher des draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons, ... Il n'y a pas la moindre fourniture à part quelques feuilles de papier toilette, pas un grain de sel ni une goutte d'huile ... rien. Les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être changés (poêles antiadhésives vétustes). Mais heureusement, Saint-Malo reste Saint-Malo !

Apparemment très sympa avec très belle vue sur la mer et très bien située , qui offre un bon séjour avec tout les commerce à proximité à faire à pied , propriétaire très arrangeant et très aimable je recommande !
