If you're looking for a place to relax in peace and quiet this is it. Located in a quiet part of Sioux Falls where people go for walks with their pets and loved ones. This is an ideal home. There are three bedrooms with smart TVs in each as well as the living room. Electricity, gas, internet, garbage, free/antenna TV, washer and dryer, kitchen deck with grill and two car garage with remote opener. The downstairs has a large family room 1/2 bath and two spare rooms for whatever you need them for. The landlord lives adjacent to the property so any issues or repairs are taken care of quickly. There is a jungle gym in the back yard as well as a walker, high chair, and crib. The yard is fenced and we're dog friendly.

Family wedding

Plenty of space for eveyone in the family. Friendly host and willing to accommodate our needs. Large house with a large backyard. Very quiet!

Home away from Home

Very nice home, supplies plentiful. Use of vegetables in garden, lil park in backyard as the visiting grandson's called it. Danny kept the grass mowed. He was available if you needed something done. Overall a great stay. Francis& Doris.

Just What We Needed

This property is just as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. The owner was a good communicator and lived nearby in case any problems popped up, but they did not. It’s in a great location to get to downtown Sioux Falls and points beyond quickly. We found it easy to navigate around the city and we are definitely not city people. It’s in a quiet well-kept neighborhood, and felt like a safe environment. After long days of physical labor we so much appreciated the recliner chairs in the basement. We only wish we could have spent more time outside on the lovely deck. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we would stay here again.

Very accommodating

Danny was very accommodating on a short notice booking for a family emergency. The house was very close to the hospital and any stores we needed to go to. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking so we didn't need to eat out.

My wife and I purchased this property because it is directly across our backyard. This makes it easy to maintain the home should there need be any repairs and also for yard mowing and snow removal. We moved back to South Dakota in 2014 from San Antonio where we worked in finance and church management.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in a quiet, well kept, friendly neighborhood that is close to everything. It is only minutes from a supermarket, the interstate, parks and bike paths, downtown, hospitals, restaurants, entertainment etc. In other words it is a perfect location
