Pacific Villa #1 | Relaxing Oceanfront Patio Views

Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling with modern furnishings and an open layout. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day.

Pacific Villas: Unit 1 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events.
- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

We loved the apt. It was clean and being right on the water was amazing. Just hearing the waves was so peaceful. Being able to sit on the porch and watch the beach and the waves was as well. The apartment is small but that was fine with us. Perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great time walking down the beach to the pier and down the long pier. Both times we went there were pelicans (very large species) on the pier. The fisherman on the pier feed them fish. It is pelican retirement time. They just get to sit there looking beautiful. And it is great to watch them eat a fish. The beach is crowded but beautiful.

Our stay at Pacific Villas was exactly what we needed. It was a quick trip to California filled with stunning ocean views—and best of all, falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night. It was incredibly peaceful. The villa looked just like the photos—super cute and very clean—and the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and everything we needed. This was an ideal getaway for two people. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The host provided plenty of information, including a long list of ideas for eating, sightseeing, etc (as well as some discounts for doing things). The ocean view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting on the great deck just enjoying the view. The little space heater was very welcome on the cool mornings and heated the space perfectly. The bed was comfy and the comforter was toasty. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this townhouse, located right across the street from the ocean. The views from the balcony were spectacular, we watched surfers, whales, dolphins swimming! We had a great time, and would return again if in the area!
