Thank you! We love our guests! We strive to make them feel comfortable in the home, neighborhood and city. We know what it's like to visit a place you know nothing about and want to explore and enjoy; therefore we try to provide as much info and make our place a relaxing place to return to after the day ends.

Thank you Tara, I used to provide toiletries but discovered many people prefer to bring their own or are sensitive to certain products. The neighborhood does get crowded during holidays; a lot of the owners are older grandparents so family comes to visit weekends, especially holiday weekends. I've been there late at night many times and it was quiet but never on a holiday weekend.

Thank you Kelsey. The listing says the house has a hot tub or jetted tub? I will double check that in the description. I hope someone did not get in and make changes. Hopefully you got it confused with another property but I assure you, I will check and if it says that, I will correct it. The tree in front I have been trying to save for some time. It was a gorgeous tree that shaded 4 homes all around it and the year we had the freeze that had almost all of Fort Worth without power for several days almost killed it. It's been 3 years since the freeze, all the huge branches in the upper part of the tree froze. I may have to break down and cut it down. :0( Thank you so much for your review, I am hoping to make some updates to the home this summer and do hope if you come back you will stay with us!
