Welcome to our beautifully renovated ocean block condo! We have updated our home with everything you should expect on your vacation. This unit has been completely rehabbed with a new kitchen w/granite counters, S/S appliances, a full size fridge with ice maker, built in microwave, electric stove/oven, and a full size washer/dryer. Including new luxury vinyl plank flooring, porcelain tile shower, furniture, mattresses with memory foam, and Poly deck furniture.

Ideal mid-town location within close distance to many great restaurants, shops, and activities. Walk to Secrets, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Belly Busters, Dumser's Dairyland, The Dough Roller, K-Coast, 45th Street Taphouse, Shottie's Point, The Alaska Stand, Barn 34, Satellite Coffee Shop and Cappuccino Bar, Red Red Wine Bar, and more. Our condo is located directly across the street from the Convention Center.

5) Please obey the condo rules posted on the stairs and be considerate of your neighbors.
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring with you.

Great place!

Stayed here during the week of my daughters national dance competition which was at the convention center. It was the PERFECT location with the convention center across the street and the beach right at the other end of the street. It was clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and safe and if we come back to Ocean City next summer I’ll definitely be looking to see if it’s available.

We have stayed in this condo a few times. The condo is updated, very clean and great location. The Host is very easy to communicate with. He welcomed us, wished us a safe trip home and answered any questions we had immediately. Great Host!!!! We will be back.

We stayed for 5 nights at this condo while in town for our daughter’s dance competition, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what we were hoping for during a busy week. Carl was a fabulous host, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. It made our stay feel easy and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Property Was very Nice Tastefully decorated included all of the amenities needed. It is located very close to beach which was a huge plus. The owner worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Quick getaway

The property was very clean and updated. There was plenty of space for my wife and I. Would be great for a small group, two queen beds and a pull out couch. Check in process was a breeze and the property owner was very responsive. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and only a 30 second walk to the beach. The complimentary K cups were great. The kitchen had everything you need. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

We stayed at this property to attend the MSFA convention. It was very convienent to the convention center and the beach. The property is updated and very nice inside. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here and we just love it. Perfect location to the beach, easy parking, clean unit and all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. We will most definitely be back again!

Great stay on 41st street

Was in ocean city for a lacrosse tournament and had a great stay at this place. It was convenient to everywhere we needed to be and with how close it was to the beach, it allowed us time to enjoy the beach after the lacrosse. Carl was a great host and very communicative.

Perfect place to stay!

For us, this condo is perfectly located. It’s within walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants. The beach doesn’t get overly crowded in this area. The condo is nicely kept and beautifully updated. Carl was very friendly and informative of all details regarding our stay. I will definitely be looking into staying here again.

Winner location for a competition weekend!

We stayed during a weekend sporting competition for our child’s sport team. The location was perfect and the unit was even better! I hope we have a competition in OCM next year because I know where I will stay!

Perfect Location & Clean Stay – Just Pack Light!

If you’re looking for a stay that’s right across from the beach and the convention center, this condo is a total win! The place was spotless, the appliances were updated (hello, easy vacation living!), and the off-street, secure parking was a major plus.The only thing to keep in mind—this gem is on the second floor with no elevator, so if you’re bringing a ton of luggage, maybe rethink that extra suitcase. But hey, consider it a built-in workout before hitting the beach!Overall, a fantastic stay with a prime location. Would definitely book again—just with a lighter suitcase next time!

Excellent stay. The host was great with communication, no issues. Clean and updated condo. Short walk to the beach. We stayed during the Ocean’s Calling Festival and walked there and back each day (about an hour walk if even). Bonus points for being across from the Convention Center for the EV charging stations. Would highly recommend staying here! :)
