Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with granite countertops, new shower, and LVP flooring throughout. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV for streaming. Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. Charming cottage feel to this condo. Clean, well stocked for guests with an absolutely lovely view. Location is great! Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, far enough not to be bothered by the noise and traffic of local events. I make this my annual trek to the beach!

Perfect OCMD Location

This location is close to Bad Monkey, Fager's Island, and Seacrets. It is overlooking the bay with great sunsets from the porch. The entire place is really cozy and we had a great vacation!

All the years my wife and I have beeen traveling to OC this place was by far the best we have ever experienced. The view is fantastic and the ease of access makes everything pop. First floor and open parking lot off the main strip, cant beat it. Want to return next year!
