We had a wonderful visit in Yachats! This house was comfortable, the view of the ocean amazing, and the walkable location was perfect. We enjoyed time in the house watching the waves and birds. We spent time on the deck enjoying the sunny afternoons. We walked on the 804 trail many times to downtown Yachats and to the beach to the north. Tide pools were great and beach access nearby. The house was clean, light and airy and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my favorite vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location on the water and the view is unmatched. There were plenty of supplies to cook our meals and they even left wood and smores ingredients for us and we enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard. What a memorable stay. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. With windows open at night, I fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean each night. Priceless.

The location was perfect. Loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the waves roll in. The older children enjoyed looking at the tide pools during low tide.

The kitchen is well stocked and even had a box of snacks for us. The beds are comfortable though the king one is so high I had to get a stool from the bathroom to make getting in easier. The lighting in the living room seemed dim, especially at night.

The cottage was as cozy as the weather was stormy - a perfect place to sit and watch the rain and the waves crashing on the rocks beyond the yard. The cottage was stocked with so many games, toys and books. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The smores kit and Belgian waffle mix were an unexpected treat. Great paths for walking along the coast and the town was charming.
