Yachats Sunset sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 children. The newer master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home has an inviting, open floor plan and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the warmth and convenience of the 'push-of-a-button' gas fireplace.
The location is very desirable, with a short walk to Yachats town center, and the historic 804 walking trail is directly in front of the home. Home is pet-friendly (small dogs only, with permission). No extra management fees.

The Oregon Coast is very inviting to us. We wanted a relaxing vacation retreat to enjoy nature and the beauty of the ocean and the rocky shores.
What makes this property unique
Tidepooling out the back door, walking to the town center for shopping, restaurants etc. Short drive or even walk to play on a sandy beach or to Cape Perpetua for fantastic hiking.
