Cozy cottage surrounded by nature near Colmar and Christmas markets

"La maison d'Anne" is a family house which was completely renovated in 2015, surrounded by nature, ideal for nature lovers, accommodating up to 4 people (2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Warm decoration. This house is surrounded by a large unfenced garden.

Ideally located on the heights of a quiet village at about 600m altitude, excellent starting point for beautiful walks and not far from Colmar, the ski resorts and the Wine Route which winds at the foot of the Vosges mountains in the Alsatian vineyard. You can enjoy an environment conducive to relaxation while being close to the main Alsatian tourist sites. (Longemer lake, Gerardmer, ski resorts, Christmas markets in Colmar, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Strasbourg, Hohlandsbourg castle, ...).

-Animals are not allowed.
-Winter in case of snow and ice, we strongly advise you to provide your vehicle with suitable equipment (snow tires, snow chains, ...)
- Steep interior staircase not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Cot and high chair on request

A stunning setting and excellent base in Alsace

This a beautiful part of France - so much to see and do! This modern property in a traditional setting is the perfect base for 4 people and the jacuzzi is a real luxury.

La maison est située sur les hauteurs du village, la vue est superbe sur la plaine et la forêt, la maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien aménagée, l'escalier un peu raide mais c'est précisé dans l'annonce. Colmar est à 30 minutes en voiture. Tout est parfait. N'hésitez pas allez y !!!

Une de mes meilleures destinations.

J'ai 71 ans et je classe ce gite sur le podium des mes meilleures destinations depuis l'âge de mes 18 ans. Le calme et la beauté tant du paysage, que de l'environnement. Très beau gite aussi, pratique lumineux et agréable à vivre.

Une très belle vu du jacuzzi

Endroit très convivial et moderne. Amenagé avec goût, le jacuzzi est un vraie plus après avoir randonnées pendant des heures. Une vue sur la vallée qui apaise. L'eau des robinets provient d'une source et donc prévoir des bouteilles d eau pour boire que nous n'avions pas prévu, mais le propriétaire nous a dépanné gentiment. Escalier un peu raide pour monter à l'étage. Sinon l'endroit est fabuleux proche de la nature, situé dans un lieu dit, vous êtes vraiment déconnecté. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant.

Super Haus in hervorragender Lage!

Ein echter Geheimtipp, die Lage ist spitze, auch wenn es etwas abseits liegt. Aber dafür hat meine tolle Sicht und viel Ruhe. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, ein paar wenige Lebensmittel und Basic-Dinge waren vorhanden. Zum Beispiel Öl hätten wir uns aber gewünscht.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Elodie et Michel. Tout est prévu et l'endroit ou la maison est située est très très très jolie. Rien manque dans la maison et l'accueil etait super sympa. Il y plein de choses à faire dans les environ (promenade montagne, ski, Colmar, Kayserberg, et le petit ballon d'alsace à 5 min, ...). Nos enfants et nous :) ont aussi bien profité du jacuzzi :) . Bref, maison vraiment à recommender!

Sehr schöner Urlaub zu Zweit

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und haben die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit wieder sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist wunderbar für Tageswanderungen geeignet. Gute Beschilderung, viele bewirtschaftete Hütten sowie einige Städte für Regentage in der Nähe.

Well kept quiet property with good views

Beautiful well kept property with fantastic views down the valley. Quiet, above the village. Able to walk and cycle (both road and mountain) from the property. Good swimming pool in Munster. Shops (including supermarket) 15-20 minutes away. Limited data on the internet access. No close bread shop was the only downside.

Total schön renoviertes Ferienhaus. Es liegt sehr ruhig auf einem kleinen Plateau oberhalb von Wasserbourg. Nur zwei Nachbarhäuser: Die Vermieter und deren Eltern. Alle sehr nett und freundlich. Fahrzeit nach Colmar ca. 30 Minuten. Garage ist auch vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und sehr sauber. Geniale Sonnenterasse mit Whirlpool. Für kleine Kinder wegen sehr steiler Treppe zum Obergeschoss eher nicht geeignet.
