Country house near Briare, large dining room on the ground floor first garden, first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor large bedroom with bathroom. Forge after the first garden with access to -préau barn, then another garden. Ideal to rest even if all the paintings are not finished, good general condition, enjoy nature and close numerous visits, Canal de Briare, cycling, castles and St Fargeau Guedelon. Washing machine.
