This unit is beautifully decorated. It is located on the 3rd floor which is the perfect floor, not too high nor too low. Because it is a corner unit, you get the best of both views (and extra space), direct gulf front, or coastline views.
From the kitchen and the living room you enjoy a great view of the Gulf of Mexico straight ahead. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Amenities at the complex includes an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills.
The unit is a two bedrooms, 2 full baths and it sleeps 4 people. The private wrap around balcony is equipped with patio furniture and side tables for romantic or casual meals overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender toaster, full size fridge, stove and microwave. There are two TV's, VCR's, stereo.
Cedar key is great for fishing, bird watching, boating, kayaking, dining, and of course relaxing. It is very peaceful and quiet here.
The floating dock was damaged in August 2023 and has not been restored yet.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
One time cleaning fee and sales tax not included.
$300 security deposit required, refundable after cleaning - forfeited for cancellations.
No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents
NO SMOKING and NO PETS
Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am.
