Ocean view/beachfront with balcony on its own private beach (Fort Lauderdale), Very well furnished, 2 queen bed, table with 4 chairs, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, , coffee are provided . The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/ restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star Italian Restaurant, beauty salon, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony were you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest in the afternoon from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, restaurants and entertainment. Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges available for rent from hotel, no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby. Also you can enjoy with the local activities, such as local free trolley, jets skis, paddleboards, kayaks, bike rentals, dive shops, water taxi, sports bars, nightlife entertainment, fishing pier, deep-see fishing and parasailing, just to mention some.
The property has a SPA and a fitness center. In order to use the fitness center you will need to buy a day pass of $20.
Notice: for those who want to rent during spring break, this is from March until mid of April, be aware that building is going to be with spring breakers.

Sisters at the beach

Listing did not indicate the balcony was directly above the blowers to the Tiki Bar kitchen, was very loud!! Some of the outlets in the room did not work, USB ports would be helpful and the AC difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature. Room was clean and stocked well.

Nice property, right on the ocean, very clean, the tiki bar was great and had great food. The Italian restaurant with the piano bar was great. Great food and atmosphere.

Wonderful location!

The property was just as it was listed. My family enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the tiki bar. The staff are so friendly! The location was very convenient and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would love to stay again!

Great stay!

We’ve stayed at Ocean Manor before because of the location and ease to beautiful beach and fun Tiki Bar. The room was as advertised. A family might be a little cramped but it was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the sunrise off the balcony. Great communication with owner.

Well the place could be a fantastic place but a cheap owner the hand soap was pretty much empty, no cutlery for the guest no plates or bowls we supplied.coffee was low quality i c could go on

What a view

We enjoyed this quaint room with the perfect view and direct access to the beach. My wife and two daughters found it comfy and enjoyed our stay before the big cruise.

We had never been to Fort Lauderdale and found this condo to stay in with our two children. Our only complaint is the ac unit below the balcony otherwise everything was great!

Long Weekend

The property was exactly as advertised and in line with all the excellent reviews. We were very comfortable during our stay and appreciated all of the extra special touches included by the property owner. Having access to the hotel amenities, tiki bar and proximity to the beach were among the many things that make this property special. Would definitely stay again

Paradise

From the first step into the doorway the view and the accommodations were top notch. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra (popcorn, bottled water, snacks, beach towels and beach chairs). The beach was a short walk from the elevator. When we weren't at the beach, we were at the pool of the Tiki Bar. We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect location

It was my best friend’s birthday trip. The condo was great and loved the location. It was clean and easy to access. The tiki bar was great to have there too. There weren’t any check out instructions but we are both clean freaks so we made sure to have the towels all together and cleaned up

My stay

The room was clean and the view was great. The balcony is over two very large what seems to be air conditioning vents which makes it very uncomfortable to sit outside because of the noise. The pool is also shaded by the building around 2:00pm which was disappointing. Other than that the stay was very nice and the check in was very easy. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a very nice time.

Amazing!!!

The room was clean and had everything we needed!! We had to fly, so we were so excited when there were chairs, sunscreen, floats, and anything else we needed for the beach! The view from the balcony was the BEST thing about it. And the Tiki bar had great food, great drink selections and brought drinks to us on the beach! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for the AWESOME week! If you need a ride anywhere, call Alan. We left the number. Also, if you’re looking for an awesome breakfast…try the NY deli across the road! They are GREAT!

not what was expected

the room sleeps 4 but you live out of your suitcase there is no place to put your clothes. 4 would be pushing it. there are 2 full size beds. no Kitchen. A condo I expect that. The describe kitchenette is just shelves with a small fridge. microwave and toaster. It's a small room and the bathroom is real small as well. Being there is no kitchen you are forced to eat out everyday. It's expensive. Beach chairs are very expensive as well. I wish she supplied them. There is one but you won't use it. You can't enjoy t outside on the deck. There are 2 very loud exhaust fans down below. I loved the place people are great. Tiki bar is fun, nice pool. nice beach. I'd prefer to pay for a real condo and be on the other side of the building. That would be the south side. This room is on the north side where the fans are located. You can even hear them on the beach. big minus.

Extremely well maintained

The check in was seamless. We were sent all the information beforehand. The room was exactly as described and the balcony was great. Read that the air vents were too loud. That was not true. We were on the balcony many times without any issues. The room was clean and well supplied. The hotel was also clean and the staff were very friendly. My wife ( The Boss) our son and grandson came with us and the room was good. We stayed four nights and had a Great time. The unit is right on the beach perfect. Food was very good and we were close to the water taxi and anywhere else we wanted to go. I highly recommend this unit and the owners. You will not go wrong.

Beautiful studio condo on the beach

We loved the condo-nice bedding, beautiful beach view & a lot of conveniences provided. The prop manager was helpful & responsive with a minor tv issue & communicated well with us. We liked the onsite Tiki Bar and Italian restaurant as well as pizza joint & NY style deli/restaurant, Winn Dixie and liquor store within walking distance. Avoid the McDonalds. Our highlight was the water taxi excursion on the waterway. We struggled with the front desk clerk, Will. Because this was a direct booking the front desk clerk was not helpful at all, wouldn’t hold bags, didn’t know how the basement laundry worked, didn’t know where to meet water taxi, bus, etc. So, do your own research for local transportation and activities and if arriving with your luggage (we came in off a cruise) see if Ayelen the prop manager can get you in early as she was able to do for us. Overall it was a great 3 days in Ft Lauderdale for us!
