Guest key fob fee of $30 for duration of the stay is collected by front desk upon check-in for every 2 adult guests 18 and over.

No beach sand to be brought up to the condo, please rinse off before coming upstairs after going to the beach.

No smoking of any kind in the condo is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will lose all security deposit of $350.

Pets are not permitted unless they are Service Animals with official documentation as well as vaccination records, as this is a private property. If guests bring animals without advising host, guests will lose the entire security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date

- Guests shall comply with all the Homeowner Association rules, any violations of such rules which result in a financial penalty will be the responsibility of the guests.

The building wasn’t directly on the beach. The info listed about the condo’s location wasn’t right. It was located on Hallandale Beach not Hollywood which was 15 min drive away. It was suitably clean but not as clean as we hoped. We were told beach things would be provided but towels were not. The air conditioning was spotty at best in different parts of the condo.

My son and I stayed Wednesday through Monday. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Beach was right there. Everything was wonderful. Communications with Wendy were easy. I would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Quick stay. Great location on the beach. Pool is nice. Easy, paved access out the service elevator to the beach. Host stay in touch nicely and answer any questions promptly.

Excellent location

Great access to the beach and pool. We specifically stay here for a beach getaway. Our host communicated timely, the condo was clean and smell great. The view was amazing, we got a side view of the ocean and a front view of Hollywood beach night life. I would do it again!!

Great View, Great Location

We were in town for an exteded weekend to attend a funeral. The views from this balcony gave us the peace we needed and so much more. There are three breathtaking views of the beach and the strip! Pool area is peaceful after dark... beach access only a minute from the building... nice area for walking

Nice getaway

This property was very cozy and relaxing. The beach was fantastic and the host had toys for the kids and supplies for us to use at the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. The building was quiet and the staff was friendly. I also appreciate that the host was communicatuve and very clear about directions and what to expect.

EXCELLENT, GORGEOUS CONDO w every amenity

The host communicates 100% & even agreed to a later check out. Great location. 7/11 across the street & an Italian place. Nice pool & beach access. Super clean, everyone friendly. Anything you need is available. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs. Highly recommended and will stay in the future. Took me 45 minutes to walk to the Broadwalk but loved it! Thank you Wendy & Adam. vacation was amazing. Really enjoy3d the beach, our condo, and our traveling. The last 2 days was a major tropical storm with 10+ inches of rain, which caused us to stay inside, and the roads we flooded so no way in/out of many or all businesses.. Our condo leaked water in the spare room which cause water to leak into the living room the last day we were there. other than that a great time and great experience. Our host was very communicative with me about any and all questions/issues

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

This condo provided a comfortable stay. Only thing we might mention was that the unit was not stocked well. Unfortunately we assumed we would find the minimum stock for starter supplies, however sad to say we had no coffee our first morning. Two pots to include a kuerig but no pods, and there were no extra sheets for pull out couch. Once we were able to find a store open after the holiday, we were able to remedy the situation. :) Attention to little details like that are always appreciated and can go a long way. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, the location is great and ppl were very nice!

Great stay at Hollywood Beach!

The condo was very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. The building is definitely older, but the management seems to take good care of it. The actual condo unit was great. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was really comfy and we slept great and it's a very quiet unit since it's at the end of the hall. Air conditioning worked great. It was super nice having the extra 1/2 bathroom too. The building is right on the beach so it's just a quick trip down the elevator and then a very short walk to get to the sand. The condo was super well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards...everything you need to enjoy the beach. The host was really quick to reply to my questions before and after I booked and they left some nice little snacks for us upon arrival. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Short beach getaway

The apartment was so nice. In beautiful, clean condition. They supplied everything you could possibly need from kitchen to beach sitting. We had groceries delivered from Walmart. On a cloudier day we were able to walk to Walmart, Publix, Ross etc. for shopping.We did not rent a car and there is not alot of restaurants within walking distance. We grabbed a pizza from across the street one night, otherwise used the well stocked kitchen to heat up food from the local grocery delis.The beach was great, only a short little walk, and the ocean very swimmable where we sat. The only thing i didnt like, which was never mentioned in the description or even any reviews, is the location of the corner unit. Yes, you have ocean view when you look to the right...beautiful. To the left, you get a peek of the intercoastal but you are also directly on the busy 6 lane street. Sitting on the balcony is very noisy.

Beautiful

Checking in was a major issue we felt unwelcome and the security guard was extremely rude and unhelpful. My 5 year old granddaughter asked, "why is the man so mean and mad"? (Unacceptable) it was surrounding the confusion of the key and code, made us use a service elevator to take our luggage to room only to learn the elevator in front would have sufficed. Honestly felt culture/race played a part in treatment.

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem at check-in with the door key code that didn't work, I spent more than an hour trying to contact the owner with no response by message or call, and the problem was only resolved after contacting with VRBO support, who also failed to contact the owner but managed to get in touch with someone else who knew the correct code for the door key. Another negative point is the second bedroom that does not have air conditioning, the only way to make the room a little cooler was by using the fan or leaving the doors fully open to receive air from the living room. Everything else is very clean and organized, well located, and very easy access to the beach, and everything is according to the description of the property.

The condo was nice, clean, and well laid out. Big dinner table for meals and games. Roomy Sectional couch and a second couch with TV. Roku on all but no cable. They have a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and the beach was a short walking path away. Check in was easy. Valet folks were super efficient. Had an issue with a neighbor’s condo flooding and the building staff were right there to help fix the issue and clean up the mess. The owners were quick to respond and helpful. The only con I would offer is that the fees are excessive. VRBO, Building passes, Valet, cleaning, taxes. It basically doubled the cost of the 5 day rental. That’s not specific to this rental, but you have to account for it especially if you’re keeping to a budget.

Condo was great - clean, modern, centrally located. Wendy was resourceful, quick to communicate, and a wonderful host. Private pool and beach access (fob required to access) for guests, which was nice to avoid squaters. Valet easy and convenient. Loved the place and will definitely stay again!

It had roaches and I got in contact with the people. They said they would take care of it and never got back in contact with me. The door to the veranda would not open. We couldn’t use it. The only shower with bath tub would not drain and it back up with dirty water on your feet. There was no air on one side of the condo and it was hot! One commode didn’t flush good and keep running. The access to the beach was a mess! The valet was rude because we didn’t have a fancy and expensive car!! This is not a place I would recommend to stay ever! It was not a good experience!!

Beach access

We stayed here for a just a few nights. We were coming primary to be on the beach so this was a great location, the condo had chairs and umbrellas which we appreciated. The condo was clean and the owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We didn't love the idea of the valet parking, but the valets were very fast and polite and we could get the car immediately every time. The location is on a busy street so personally that wasn't my favorite and on the 7th floor. It was great for our short trip.

We love the beach and the sun. The ocean is therapeutic and rejuvenating - this gem gives you all of that with all the conveniences of access to amenities. We run a business so taking time away but still being accessible is a key factor.

What makes this property unique

The Seascape is situated only 20 minutes away from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport, and 30 minutes away from Miami International Airport. This unique resort condo enjoys a diverse mix of people. Everyone's here - retirees, snow birds, locals, and visitors from various corners of the world. We're not big golfers or gamblers but casino's and golf courses are just a short drive away. If you love shopping, Aventura Mall is only 10 minutes away. If outlet shopping is up your alley, Sawgrass Mills is only a 30 minutes drive away. Walmart, where you can get all your food and any other supplies that you may need for your stay, is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. We are also close to many restaurants in the area and we will be glad to share with you some of our favorite places. This condo is also a 5 minute drive to the Hollywood Boardwalk where you can enjoy miles of shopping, dining, and live music with the gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean.
