Amazing location!

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. The location was very convenient, just a few minute walk from the mountain village, ski lift, and gondola to town. Would recommend!

Great place, but bring a sweater

We had a large group (13) and there was plenty of room for everyone. While we enjoyed the condo, the temperature on the bottom floor did not get out of the 50's unless we kept the fireplace running, which we could not do overnight. In the mornings the kitchen, living room, and mud room where our ski gear was kept was freezing. Luckily we spent most of our time on the slopes, so did not hurt the trip too bad. The management company did call in a maintenance ticket, so hopefully the heat issue is addressed.

James, Just wanted to confirm that we have fixed the problem with the heat on the lower floor. It was odd, because the heat in the rest of the home was working fine, but that one area was not keeping up. I'm sorry that you had to deal with that during your stay. We would be happy to extend a discount to you on your next stay to make up for those chilly mornings in the lower floor. See you again soon I hope. Keith

Beautiful stay in Mountain Village

This house is incredible and was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The rooms are spread out so there is tons of privacy and it feels like you have your own mini apartment. Lots of space, fun mountain decor, perfect location.

Lots of space in Mountain Village

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It even had a boot warmer that accommodated 8 pairs of boots! It’s in one of the buildings that is furthest from the gondola but still not a bad walk. Our group needed 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and this was one of the only units we could find in Mountain Village that fit our needs on that front. Be aware, though, that all of this great space is laid out over 4 floors, with the primary kitchen and living/dining space on the first floor and all of the bedrooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

Hearing did not work for 4 out of the six days, we froze until they brought us space heaters

Property manager very responsive but the Condo needs revamping Toilets blocked shades and equipment broken and worst of all no HEAT Stove top difficult to light

As the guest noted, the heat on the lowest level was not working for a significant part of the stay. We really felt bad about this and worked hard to get the problem fixed. We did provide space heaters for that level to mitigate the problem until we could figure out what was going on. We ultimately determined that a control board had failed. The board has been replaced and there have been no further issues since that time. There was one toilet which was blocked which we attended to right away. The guest also pointed out that a blind cord had broken which we have fixed. This is a wonderful unit in the core of the Mountain Village. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Sometimes mechanical issues can arise, especially in an older unit. However, we work hard to make sure that doesn't happen and respond quickly when they do. Keith
