Stay with us, park for free and skip the freeway crowds - walk to the Blue line/Willow station and take the Metro train and shuttle to SoFi Stadium for SuperBowl LVI 2022! Beat the crowds and don't pay for parking!!

Newly remodeled custom design with a custom mural painted by Curt Miller. Central air and heat. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Private bathroom includes shampoo and conditioner, soap, extra towels and a blow dryer. Private entrance, wide-screen TV and free internet. It's a great place to sit back, relax and have a glass of wine! Dog accepted with $50.00 non-refundable fee per dog. (Sorry, no cats). Dog must be under 30 lb and get along with other dogs and cats. Lots of street parking available. Quiet neighborhood! Professionally cleaned and sanitized by #Vicpapalii

Walking distance to the Blue Line Metro Station and minutes to the 710 and 405 freeways. A mile and a half from the ocean. Dodger Stadium is an easy Metro train ride to Union Station in Downtown L.A., followed by a free connecting bus to the stadium itself. Skip the freeway crowds and take the Metro train and shuttle to SoFi Stadium for SuperBowl LVI 2022! Downtown Long Beach, Long Beach Convention Center, STAPLES Center, Los Angeles Convention Center, Olvera Street, Little Tokyo and Chinatown in L.A. -- plus Honda Center and Angel Stadium in Anaheim are also an easy Metro train ride. Terrace Theater, local shops and Queen Mary are recommended. We have local breweries... a great coffee shop right up the street... Arts District... grocery stores... easy access to LA and OC.

The door and gate codes will be sent to you via text 24 to 48 hours before your arrival.

Gate Entry Instructions:
1) Dial in the code we provide you on the business card
2) Gently pull the lock towards you which will unlock the gate
3) With the code still intact, close the gate behind you
4) IMPORTANT: Mix up the code numbers after the gate is closed and relocked

Karen was a wonderful host with tons of information. She has a beautiful home with an amazing yard to relax in. The place was perfect for me while I was in a conference all week. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and I enjoyed the keurig in the morning. If you are looking for a cute place within a quiet neighborhood, look no further! Great Time in Long beach

We were in town visiting my son who is a student at CSULB and we needed somewhere to stay with our puppy. We could not have been happier with our VRBO rental. Everything was better than expected and the casita was well equipped and comfortable. As others have mentioned, the gardens are magical. And, we highly recommend the bread at Long Beach Beer Lab only a few blocks away. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cute little bungalow was just right for my husband myself and our dog., while visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was quiet, safe, and Karen (The owner of the property) was on site and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Very Serene Studio

Karen accommodated me and my partner last min when we had to change our departure from Newport to Long Beach last min for Catalina. She is a great communicator and even advised us on where to go at Catalina. The studio was very peaceful, you can hear the sound of the water fountain next to the windows. And the room was very beautiful. Thank you for hosting us Karen! We didn’t have enough time this time. But I hope we can get you the buffalo milk next time around :)

Quaint studio on shared property

I stayed with my husband and dog here for over a week. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and little kitchenette equipped with: mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a Keurig. There were dishes and utensils and all the necessary supplies. Karen was very kind and typically nearby (as she lives in the main house). There is also another VRBO attached to her house which had a couple renters while we were there. Her dog, monkey, is very sweet and got along with my dog. Her yard was a decent size for the area and my dog enjoyed playing fetch there. I will note that there is no A/C which was difficult given that it is August. That was listed I believe but I forgot to check. There are several fans which help but just something to be aware of during the hotter months. Having tv with cable was nice. Unfortunately though, Netflix on the tv did not work throughout our stay and WiFi was spotty. Karen had someone come by to look at the WiFi connection which helped but we could still only have one of us use the connection at a time. And Netflix continued to have trouble loading. Other that that, everything went smoothly. :)
