About this property

On the slopes of the Rasa Bay, in a small welcoming village, Sutivanac of Raska lies a beautiful villa. On a large plot of over 1000 m2 the villa offers a view of the mountain Učka hills above Rasa bay, and only a half hour drive by car to the beautiful Istrian beaches.

This beautiful villa for six guests was built in 2015. and welcomes the first guests who will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the hedonistic atmosphere of the new villa. The house is furnished with the interesting combination of quality and handmade furniture, including modern elements to provide you with everything you need for a careless vacation.

Villa can accommodate 6 guests in 2 modern bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with single bed and sofa bed in living room ( 2 bathrooms ). The house has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is designed in rustic style and contains all the necessary appliances and spices for the tastiest dishes. In the garden, there is a large 32 m swimming pool, playground and plenty of space for careless enjoyment in the summer. The villa is ideal for holidays with family and friends.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa

Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gewesen. Ideal und groß genug für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Das Haus, die Zimmer, der Küchenbereich inkl. Technik und die sanitären Einrichtungen waren alle sauber gewesen. Die Lage des Hauses ist eigentlich nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber dank der Beschreibung haben wir es gut gefunden. Dadurch das das Haus höher gelegen ist, hat man eine super Aussicht über die umliegende Landschaft. Man kann stundenlang auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Landschaft genießen. Der Hausverwalter Dalibor war sehr freundlich gewesen. Er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und sich zügig und gründlich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch verlief problemlos. Ansonsten war Google Translate stets zur Hilfe. Zusammenfassend war es wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Aufenthalt dort gewesen. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Wir verbrachten im September 2023 eine schöne Woche in Sutivanac. Das Haus ist schön gelegen auf einem Hügel in einem kleinen Dörfchen mit Blick über die weitläufige Landschaft. Es liegt schon etwas abseits (auch einige Kilometer von den nächsten größeren Hauptstraßen entfernt), sodass die Wege in der Regel weiter sind und ein Auto zwingend erforderlich ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, inklusive Pool, Sauna, Whirpool, Waschmaschine etc. Das Haus an sich ist grundsätzlich sehr schön eingerichtet, hat jedoch leider schon ein paar kleinere Mängel (zB schleifende Eingangstür, angelaufene Wasserhähne, bröckelnder Deckenputz im Keller beim Whirlpool). Hier dürfte gerne nachgebessert werden. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Host/Betreuer vor Ort namens Dalibor, der stets pünktlich und gut erreichbar ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Werden die kleineren Mängel ausgebessert hat man ein perfektes ruhiges Urlaubsparadies.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, kleines Landhaus (2 Doppelbettzimmer, 1 Einbettzimmer) zwischen Pazin und Labin mit Oliven-Feigengarten, Pool, Sauna und Indoor-Whirlpool. Wer Ruhe sucht und den etwas weiteren Weg zum Strand nicht scheut, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
