Diese Anlage ist einfach umwerfend, wunderschön und alles was einem noch dazu einfällt. Die Vermieter sind für alle Fragen offen und Wünsche werden umgehend umgesetzt! Sie sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ganz kleines Manko, die Matratze sind viel zu hart bzw. In den Kinderzimmern wohl eher durch.Das nächste Mal definitiv länger und wieder diese Unterkunft!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen mit Hund.Wir sind am Ankunftstag mit einer schmackhaften Käse-Schinken Platte und einer schönen Flasche Wein empfangen worden.Sehr sauberes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, rundum gelungen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit wunderschönem Garten

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Spielbereich für Kinder, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Haben uns mit leckerem Snack empfangen. Schinken, Oliven, Brot, Wein und Erfrischungsgetränke. Eine leckere Pizzeria ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Kroatien - Perle zum Wohlfühlen

Kroatien ist eine Reise wert. Klar haben sich die Preise nach Einführung des EURO verändert. Jedoch Land und Leute sowie das Wetter sind es wert. Das Objekt erscheinbt auf den Fotos größer als es ist. Gemütlichkeit steht jedoch an erster Stelle. Der Pool ist super erfrischend. Einziger Vermutstropfen: bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Internet oftmals nicht verfügbar. Der Vermieter spricht Englisch, jedoch kein Deutsch.

Fantastisch Haus

Von der Ankunft bis zum Schluss haben wir uns total wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus mit traumhaften Garten und Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage ist idyllisch ruhig. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, wirklich ein wunderschöner Außenbereich - den auch unser Hund genießen konnte (komplett umzäuntes Grundstück). Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett und haben uns mit einer kleinen Leckerei empfangen, zwischendurch gab es sogar noch leckeren Kuchen für uns. Die Pizzeria im Ort können wir ebenfalls empfehlen und in dem Minimarkt, bekommt man ebenfalls alles nötige. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30 Minuten und auch sonst kann man von der Unterkunft aus viele Besichtigungstouren starten. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kroatien fahren, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hallo Objekt ist wie beschrieben passt alles. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage war nicht der Brüller. Der Ort dem Innland entsprechend. Eine Pizzeria und zwei Mini Markt und fertig. Die Pizzeria war okay nicht doll wie sie gelobt Wurde. Bei schlechten Wetter ist man auf das Auto angewiesen.

Tolles Haus und viel Ruhe

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus der Familie Kazalac. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden von der netten Familie mit einem selbstgemachte Likör( sehr lecker😊) und einer Platte mit Schinken, Oliven… begrüßt. Der Poolbereich ist ,wie auch das Grundstück , sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tipp: unbedingt Novigrad besuchen

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen, von Anfang bis Ende war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Haus ist zwar alt, aber in einem guten Zustand. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und voll umzäunt. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber ausreichend und zusätzlich gibt es mit Kicker, Darts und einer Tischtennisplatte genug Möglichkeiten sich zu verweilen. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic villa with pool

We stayed at the house for a week, but we could have stayed forever! It was a beautiful house, clean and well taken care of. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and an outside shower. The hosts were wonderful and showed us around the whole house personally, and had even fixed some food and drinks for us. If we had any questions we just wrote to them and got quick answers. Same as for checking out, the hosts made sure we had enjoyed our stay. Truly very nice people! Quiet and nice surroundings. Me and my family definitely recomend renting this house! Though we would recommend having a car to have full access to the nearby beaches and towns.

Erstmalige Buchung mit FeWo -Bang, Volltreffer-

Wir haben in dem Haus der Familie Kazalac mit 7 Personen gewohnt. Vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder im Alter von vier bis siebzehn. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und es entspricht alles den Angaben. Die Familie Kazlac hat uns mit ein paar regionalen Spezialitäten willkommen geheißen, dafür noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an Sie wenden und wurden immer gut beraten, sei es für Ausflüge oder nahegelegenen Restaurants. Wir haben das Domizil als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge genutzt, oder auch mal einen Tag am Pool verbracht und Tischtennis gespielt. Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachten Pfannekuchren überrascht. Im Dorf gibt es eine Pizzeria die sehr gut ist, und zwei kleinere Läden, wo man alltägliche Dinge einkaufen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren als zwei Familien mit kleineren Kindern in dem schönen Ferienhaus in Karojba. Die Vermieter waren wahnsinnig freundlich, sind uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen entgegen gekommen und haben uns mit allerlei Schmankerl verwöhnt. Das Haus ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Pool war wunderbar und von der Terrasse aus gut zu sehen (sehr praktisch mit kleineren Kindern). Die Terrasse wird von Wein beschattet, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Kicker haben manchen Nachmittag und Abend versüßt. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine leckere Pizzeria (mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, mit Rutsche,Schaukel usw). Große Supermärkte und schöne Strände sind eine knappe halbe Stunde entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen .

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollem Garten und sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein kleines Paradies. Die Ruhe lässt einen abschalten und man kann sich super erholen. Die Familie ist super nett und sehr bemüht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Freuen uns schon heute darauf wenn es wieder soweit ist. :-) :-) :-)

Überragend dieses Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und wenn nicht, wird es von den Vermietern sofort besorgt. Die Anlage rund ums Haus mit sehr viel Liebe bis ins Detail angelegt und gepflegt. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Note 1+ Im Ort ist ein Mini Market der gut sortiert ist. Pizza kann man in ca. 300mtr Entfernung sehr gut essen. Ansonsten ist die Lage im Landesinneren sehr ruhig. Ca. 19 km bis Porec . Nur zum Empfehlen dieses Haus.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde, haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist gemütlich und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super net und zuvorkommend. Der Garten ist groß genug für unsere Hunde und der Pool mit Sonne über den ganzen Tag ist super zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig und nicht im Touristengebiet. Kleine Läden gibt es 2 im Ort und die mega leckere Pizzeria ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!
