Close to dining, shopping, and just a short drive to the Village, this two story home will keep you close to all the action! This home away from home has ample parking and ton of deck space for all of your summer outdoor needs!

When you enter the living area, you’ll notice gorgeous large windows and double sliding glass doors, which allows plenty of beautiful Big Bear sunshine! The living area features comfy seating with a queen pull out sofa, a wood burning  fireplace and a large flat screen TV with Roku streaming with YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+ & Prime for catching the big game or movie night! Leading into the kitchen is bar seating for four. The kitchen has beautiful wood floors and is equipped with everything you need to have a lovely dinner night in! There is a dining area with seating for five for the family to gather around. Just off the dining area is a game room with a foosball table for a little friendly fun and competition! There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is on the first level and features a king size bed and private deck access. There is plenty of storage and a full bath with a tub, shower and dual sinks. Head upstairs for more sleeping options! Bedroom two has a twin size bunk bed as well as a queen size bed. Great for the little ones or guests! Bedroom three features a king size bed and plenty of dressers for storage. There is a bath that opens to both bedrooms with a shower. Perfect for a steam after a long day of Big Bear fun!

The fenced back yard features a deck and plenty of shade for outdoor fun! Head to the front deck to relax in the hot tub or fire up the propane grill. Great for those long summer days!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
