Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est tout d'abord conforme à la description sur le site Abritel. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'est un logement vraiment bien pensé, bien équipé, c'est vraiment appréciable. Je recommande vivement. Le prix était plus que raisonnable pour une location en pleine saison estivale. Les propriétaires sont gentils et à l'écoute.

Trés bon séjour,a refaire

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour ,les propriétaires sont trés gentils,a l écoute en cas de besoin.L endroit est calme ,pleins de beaux lieux a voir ,avec de trés belles plages,la location est trés bien;il y a tout ce qu il faut ,enfin c était super.En plus c est trés proche de Dinard et de St Malo,donc vraiment bien situé.Nous pensons y retourner des l année prochaine.Merci a Me et Mr Denis les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Maison agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé en famille de très bons moments dans la maison de Mr Denis, maison bien agencée et équipée aussi bien en intérieur qu'en extérieur avec l'agréable terrasse. En résumé très bien pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge, Merci!

fijn huis voor duo

prettig, klein huisje met winkels en restaurants en strand op loopafstand. erg geschikt voor duo, zeker als het weer niet fantastisch is. bij mooi weer is het ook goed toeven voor gezin, omdat je dan vooral buiten bent. een zithoek ontbreekt voor het geval het minder goed weer is. op terras is het bij goed weer goed toeven, uit het zicht van passanten en buren.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette petite maison et son jardin. Le tout situé à 15 mn à pied de la plage. Logement joliment décoré, très bien équipé (wifi, machines, barbecue, etc..) et impeccable. Les hôtes sont charmants .

Très bien

La maison est petite mais agréable et joliement décorée. La plage et les commerces sont accessibles à pied et le village est propice à la promenade. Malgré une semaine où le soleil n'était pas toujours au rendez vous, on trouve toujours dans les environs de quoi visiter ou se promener. Dinart, Saint malo, son aquarium, la forêt de broceliande et la porte des secrets, le mont saint michel .... Très bonnes vacances en Bretagne ! !

Bienvenue à la " maison des poussins" pour de superbes vacances

Un très beau séjour où tt s'est très bien passé. Une maison décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre ,calme et très agréable ,ayant le confort comme à la maison pouvant faire des petit repas en famille et qui se situe très proche du centre ville et de la plage.Et pour finir nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très gentil et serviable ,qui prend soins de nous pour que notre séjour se déroule sans soucis.merci

Petite location tres propre et bien équipée. Seul ombre, le bruit des voitures dans la rue parfois.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. la location est très propre, refaite a neuf, très confortable et bien équipée. Taille petite mais suffisante pour 2 adultes et un ado. Deux ombres au tableau. On entend trop les voitures de la rue a certaines heures, la rue des écoles étant quand même fréquentée. La nuit est calme mais le matin un peu bruyant quand on dort la fenêtre ouverte. Curieusement l'impasse attenante sur le côté de la maison est très empruntée aussi. Pas de local a vélos, c'est dommage aussi. Mais la plage est a 300 m ainsi que les commerces.

Ein sehr nettes Haus in einer wunderschönen Landschaft.

Uns hat dieses Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten es ausgesucht, weil wir unbedingt auch draußen essen wollten und das Wetter hat es auch jeden Tag zugelassen. In der Küche ließ sich gut kochen, da sie groß genug und gut ausgestattet war. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind etwas schmal, mehr gibt die Grundfläche halt nicht her, dafür waren die Matratzen gut. In beiden Schlafzimmern sind Fenster, was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht. Oberbetten und Kissen sind vorhanden, man braucht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitnehmen. Angenehm war auch das WC extra zu haben. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln versehen. Der Spitzboden ist nicht bewohnt und wird nicht genutzt. Die Vermieter waren nett und unkomliziert. Die Dame des Hauses hat uns alles gezeigt und schon ging der Urlaub los. Zusagen wäre noch, dass Lancieux ein schöner, ruhiger Ort ist und die Landschaft traumhaft schön, jede Menge Sandstrände, Wanderwege und Fahrradwege an der Küste sorgen für Abwechslung. Am Ende des Urlaubs schaut die Dame des Hauses nochmal kurz durch´s Haus und dann wird die Kaution zurücküberwiesen. Wir waren nur zu zweit im Haus aber es ginge auch mit Kindern. Wir fanden den Preis sehr angenehm.
