3 rooms of about 40 m², beautiful sea view, high standing, very bright apartment. Hyper center Houlgate (between Cabourg and Deauville), at the foot of the shops, at the very beginning of rue des Bains.
Large living room with fully equipped American kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), bathroom with bathtub, 1 bedroom with BENOIST Queen Size bedding, 1 cabin bedroom with bunk beds and quality mattresses.
Washing machine, dryer, large 127 cm LCD TV.
Quiet.
All inclusive (sheets, linens, wifi).
Comfortable apartment refurbished a year ago, double glazing, high-end electric heaters.

Près de la mer !

Gite de 40m2 au 3ème sans ascenseur avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Suffisant pour un couple et 2 enfants. Très calme. Vue sur mer bien sympathique. Linge fourni et ménage compris : très appréciable. Nous avons apprécié, globalement, cet hébergement.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist top- genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, bietet mit Waschmaschine zusätzliche Ausstattung und ist optimal eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auch über die Erstausstattung (Küche & Bad) sowie das Geschenk mit lokalen Spezialitäten sehr gefreut. Die Lage direkt im Geschehen und trotzdem ruhig, hat uns persönlich sehr gefallen, da Restaurants, Geschäfte und Strand mit wenigen Schritten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Da es in der Ferienzeit extrem voll ist, muss man teilweise schon länger suchen bzw. das Auto ggf. weiter entfernt parken (aber immerhin kostenlos). Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Houlgate kommen gerne wieder.

Très bien situé, calme

Tout était parfait. Il faut juste savoir que le logement est au 3ème sans ascenseur, ce qui, sauf erreur de la part n’est pas spécifié dans l’annonce. Mais la hauteur permet de voir la mer, le logement est situé sur la 3eme rangée par rapport à la mer.

Je tiens à préciser que les chambres ne sont pas en enfilades comme cela est indiqué mais ont chacune un accès indépendant sur le salon séjour. Concernant leur surface : - La chambre parents vue sur mer fait 14 m2 au sol avec un lit queen size 160x200 cm (matelas Merinos) et ouvre sur un balcon face à la Manche - La chambre enfants fait 7 m2 au sol avec deux lits simples 90x200 cm (matelas Bultex).

Schöner Urlaub in einem bezaubernden Ort

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt - zentral bei Geschäften und Restaurants , ruhig und mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist gleich hinterm Haus. Die Wohnung ist hell aber bei warmen Wetter noch schön kühl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich.

Appartement bien décoré, équipé, au calme (bien que très central) et très propre. Emplacement parfait et très jolie vue sur mer depuis les trois pièces. Communication très fluide avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir, vraiment charmante. Vraiment parfait pour des vacances à Houlgate. Excellent rapport qualité/prix par rapport à d'autres locations.

Appartement bien situé et au calme. L'équipement électroménager est de bonne qualité et la déco est contemporaine et chaleureuse. La pièce à vivre est très agréable et bien agencée. L'accueil sur place est également très chaleureux. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, l'appartement est au dernier étage sans ascenseur.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, calme et cosy.

L'appartement est beau, très bien entretenu, pas très grand mais cosy. Literie et électroménager de qualité. Une toute petite chambre pour 2 enfants. C'est le seul point faible de ce bel appartement avec une jolie sur la mer.
