15 km from Colmar, house of 250 m2 very well equipped on 20 ares. Terrace, barbecue and pizza oven. Living room 51 m2 with long table. 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs with removable air conditioning) .2 WCs, 2 bathrooms. 9 beds (4 doubles) and 2 BZcanapés; mezzanine playroom for children from 3 to 12 years old. 8x4 m heated pool + dome (you can swim below if cold outside), (sauna and jacuzzi optional, chargeable but not compulsory) 28 degrees minimum from Apr to Sept. Wifi, 16 bikes, table tennis, billiards, table football, swing. Europapark: 55 mns. Strasbourg: 85 kms.
The house is equipped as if you were at home. Kitchen equipment, 4 televisions, DVD player, CD player, WII, washing machine, dishwasher, swimming pool ... For fun: ping pong table, 2 billiards (large and junior), 2 table football (idem billiards), badmington net, 16 bikes. Lots of children's games in the mezzanine. When parents want to be quiet, children have to be busy ... And there is something to do ...

Das perfekte Haus für eine grosse Familie: Eltern, vier erwachsene Töchter, drei Schwiegersöhne und ein golden Retriever. Geschirr, Töpfe, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Spülertabs, alles in ausreichender Menge für die Grossfamilie vorhanden und vorbereitet. Viel Spaß im Garten mit Pool, Flammkuchen backen im grossen Ofen, im Haus beim Billard spielen, Tischkickern, Whirlpool und Sauna. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, gerne wieder.

Check in unkompliziert, netter Vermieter! Küchenausstattung völlig ausreichend, Geschirr reichlich vorhanden. Pizzaofen ist ein Highlight. Terrasse wurde gut genutzt, schöner Innenhof Bereich. Billiard im Wohnzimmer klasse für Regentage - Pool war für die gesamte Familie der absolute Lieblingsplatz!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Wir hatten mit drei Familien (inkl. drei Kindern 6-14 Monate) einen super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet und super geräumig. Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und einige Möbel etwas abgenutzt, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Maison spacieuse, bien équipée mélange d’ancien et moderne. Prestations multiples : Piscine, jacuzzi, sona etc…. Très appréciable après nos balades aux alentours. Situé à 10km de Colmar, 1/2 h de Kaysersberg et du Haut Koenigsbourg. 10mn du train vapeur et balade en bateau visite de la fabrique de Munster « HAZAIRE » à la POUTROIE pour la Charcuterie BARADEL à LAPOUTROIE également.La route des vins est incontournable Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé. Super maison

Magnifique propriété tout y est : piscine sauna jaccuzzi nombreuses chambres belle salle de vie. A 15 min de colmar et 30 min de selestat (proche singe, aigle, château). La region est super belle. Les fetards passez votre chemin, 1 seule musique mise dans le jardin à 22h30 et le voisin nous a éclairé avec sa lampe torche et a envoyé un message au proprio. Le proprio est super je recommande pour de belles vacances en famille !
