The 1st floor consists of 4 bedrooms for 2 people each with its private bathroom and a library at the central. Two of the rooms have a view of the tower housing a nest of storks.

A large loft common area is on the 2nd floor. You will find 5 individual beds, a bathroom with separate toilet and a TV corner with games console. Games for children are also available.

The garden level will be a place of sharing, where you can spend convivial evenings around the billiard table or foosball or in front of a movie thanks to the home cinema equipment,
An infra-red cabin sauna and fitness equipment are also at your disposal to recharge your batteries.

The house also has an outdoor area with a large terrace with a barbecue. Guests can share meals outside.
There are 2 cars in the yard and there are free parking spaces near the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 2 refrigerators, one with a freezing part, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, 2 Nespresso machines, a Kenwood robot, raclette appliances, a pierrade and a plancha.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, a board and an iron.
All beds of 90X200 can be assembled to make double beds.
An umbrella bed and high chair can also be provided.

The cottage is located in Ammerschwihr, in the heart of the vineyard, on the Wine Route 2km from Kaysersberg, elected favorite village of the French in 2017, and 5 km from Colmar, capital of Alsace wines.
The golf course is 600m away and the swimming pool with play pools and a toboggan is 3 km away. The closest ski area is 20km away.
In the village you will find 2 bakeries, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy.
A cellar visit is possible in the family estate located a few km.
