Our 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms vacation condo is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful resort-style complex, only minutes drive from the gorgeous beach of Clearwater.
The recently remodeled condo offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people and a beautiful open space setting.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and his own master bathroom; in the second bedroom there is a queen bed , perfect accommodation for 2 couples or families.
In the newly renovated kitchen, you find a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso machine and more, new granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, a new washer, and a new dryer.
The large, heated swimming pool is the highlight of the complex, together with a gym and a clubhouse - and you can have access all day long.
Parking is also free inside the complex.
The perfect location of the condo gives you access to Publix store across the street, a restaurant at the gate, and many other dining options easy to reach, golf courses and baseball fields; St. Pete/Clearwater airport is only 15 minutes away; the Tampa Bay International airport is at 30 minutes away.

Immaculately clean!

This property is very well maintained and lovely! The host Diana is top notch with communication. Lovely property grounds and you can tell the owners truly care for their homes. The gym is small but has the necessities and No issues getting on equipment. Others families staying in the complex were kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend for your stay when in Clearwater. The only recommendation would be if you plan to go during spring break consider the amount of traffic to/from Clearwater beach. While it’s only a few miles away, the traffic makes it quite a bit longer. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything about the property exceeded expecations and Diana was kind and easy to work with. The pool was great as was the closeness to Bayview Ballpark and Clearwater beaches. We would not hesitate to book again!

Calm and Relaxing

Our Condo unit was impeccable and delightfully decorated. Exceeding our expectations. Amenities at the resort to make our stay fun --- the lovely pool -- close to the beach and close to many other areas of interest. Our only regret is that our month flew by and need to wait another year to return.
