Beautiful condo with many updates and nice beachy decor. Quiet area close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was great at getting back to us quickly about any questions we had.

Great location

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater. The location was super close to the beach and all the shopping. My younger son loved the park across the street. A few things we noticed during our stay were the stand fan, and toaster did not work. However over all it was a great stay

Great location, close to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, community pool. The apartment is cute, comfortable, super clean and very well equipped. The property manager responds messages immediately. We loved! I recommend this place 100%

Great Easter get away

We really enjoyed this property. All of the amenities and the easement of getting to the beach made it easy for our children as well as us as adults to relax. The beach is not crowded either being on this end. Micheal made it very easy to get in and explain things very well. Will definitely be back.

location was great only down side was the small tvs not a big deal as we were on the go every day. pull out couch could use a mattress topper for comfort. the community pool is only open for summer months. we would stay here again for sure.

2.5 Stars - great location but bathroom needs major work

Can sleep up to six, but has one bathroom. Great location. Bathroom was dingy, and I felt dirty even getting out of the shower. Overall, it provided for our needs. Living room and kitchen furtniture super great!

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Property is very spacious with 2 large double bedrooms of which 1 has an ensuite bathroom. Second bathroom in hallway. Big kitchen with all you need. Large dining table in living room. Outside communal terrasse in front of door with table and 4 chairs. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a Walgreen's. 30 minutes drive to Tampa airport. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Clearwater Beach again!

Amazing location, well equipped

Our stay in Mike's rental was over the top. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was even better than we had hoped! Every day we would grab the beach chairs provided in the condo, and head the short walk across the park to the beach. Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion are a short walk away, and we made good on these, several times, for delicious, affordable meals. Mike was a great host, calling/texting to make sure all was good. We would love to return!

Perfect location Close to Beach and so much more !

I have never done this before with home away and was very nervous at first! Mike the owner of the property was so nice and helping me feel at ease and was quick to get back to all my questions and concerns i had. My husband and I wanted to take our 19 month old daughter and mother in law on a very nice first family vacation! This is a beautiful little 2 bed room condo with spacious living room and dinning room This allowed plenty of room for my daughter to run around in! The condo was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs for the beach and plenty of towels! When we arrived Mike was so helpful with getting us to the condo from the airport and also giving us ideas of where to we would want to try new things and eat & places to see ! The condo is very clean& nicely kept, and after we were there for a day the lady who takes care of the property stopped in to introduce her self and asked if we needed anything! I think that is very nice and made us feel comfortable. Honestly you can not ask for a better location This condo is snugged in a very QUIET neighborhood YET you are literally a block from the beach if that ! There is a large play ground and park in front of the property which was perfect for our on the go toddler ! There is a pool with WATER SLIDES near the property that we enjoyed as well! We rented a car to get around but we didn't use it much because we walked to everything ( restaurants, shopping, beach, pool,pier 61,even a CVS pharmacy) ! This was our first time to clear water beach and will not be our last! We plan on staying here again because this was the perfect family vacation we were looking for !

The place was just as described. Location was great! Host did make us aware of bathroom showers backing up. We did have issues entire stay with this but host did his best with situation. We did not have blankets when we first arrived, only a few beach towels as well. Seemed to be an issue with housekeeping company and they came in uninvited during our stay. Claim was put in for stolen pillows after departure. Luckily I did have proof if photos when we arrived and left showing we didn’t have these pillows. I would have liked some monetary refund due to issues but overall I would stay again if they had different housekeeping as there were many people who knew code to get the key and open door. Location was very good! We were great guest and were disappointed with the problems but thought it was a nice place!

Nice place in North Clearwater Beach

Enjoy parking the van and walking right into the condo. Quiet part of the island. Across the street from McKay park and Pickleball. Beach access is 5 min walk and Palm Pavillion is a nice restaurant and shop. Minuses: Its a 20 min walk from Pier 60. No water view from Condo.
