Step into your private backyard oasis and enjoy the newly renovated pool and spa area, complete with a sheltered patio that provides a comfortable place to relax, dine, and enjoy the Florida weather.

The spa is heated and complimentary for guests, with a newly installed local control panel that allows you to conveniently operate it during your stay. Pool heating is also available for an additional fee.

Enjoy an afternoon by the pool, relax in the spa, fire up the backyard BBQ, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful golf course views. And for a little extra entertainment, you can even play the piano located in the front hallway.

Amazing property.

My family and I had an awesome time. It is SO much bigger than what is shown in the photos. You will never find a more responsive host. Pool was amazing. Location was amazing. They even had wine, chocolates and music upon your arrival. I will definitely be staying again

Work trip

Everything was great for our stay. We were in the area for a trade show which meant long hours standing in a booth. It was great to get back to the house and wind down in the pool and hot tub. We also found a lot of wonderful restaurants within close proximity to the house which made it conviemient for us to freshen up and go eat. The neighborhood is quiet which we appreciated but we felt comfortable having a drink on the back patio late in the evening before bed

Graduation trip

We came for my neices graduation and it was the ideal choice. We were able to accommodate everyone host a small gathering and relax.The manager Vida was responsive and so kind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were chairs and umbrellas that we took to the beach. There were family games like jenga.I would say that my family really enjoyed themselves as the kids stayed in the pool daily.

Spacious rental for 9 of us

Beautiful neighborhood and about 45min from all attractions ( Tampa, St Pete, Anna Marie...ect) Spacious home for 5 adults and 4 kids. The pool was great and it was worth the extra cost to heat it. Home had most everything we needed with a few exceptions but overall we had a wonderful time!

Incredible Christmas

It was amazing! We only had a small issue but the owners and property manager are so on the ball a disaster was averted. We were grilling and ran out of gas, I was going to get more and there was no propane anywhere, but they actually had it taken care of because they had extras. It just doesn’t get better than that!!!!!! Thank you !!

Two weeks of much needed warm weather :-)

We were very satisfied with the layout of the house. It accommodated all of us with adequate sleeping space, and was a very nice layout. We all loved the pool, and the open space behind the house. The golf course was no longer a course, but the area was mowed and allowed a nice area to go for walks and enjoy the out doors. The manager and owner were very attentive to all of our needs to fix a few light bulbs etc. and we loved the neighborhood. It was very quiet and more residential and it was easy to access groceries, golf courses, and beaches in the area.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful property! The house itself is located in a nicely manicured, quiet neighborhood, but less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The pool and hot tub were perfect for my wife and two young children (4 and almost 2 years old) - so many great memories were made swimming with them! The inside of the house is large. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Einav and Ron were fantastic hosts. They showed the utmost concern that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We hope to return to this property or another one of their properties in the future.

Apollo Beach

The house was fine but when we checked in there were several things that we found should have been caught by the management. The worse thing was that we had to spray for ants in the house every day. They were in every room including getting on some of the beds. We also had to pay to do laundry. I have rented alot of houses for vacation and this is a first. Also several evenings after 11:00 there was no water pressure at all making it impossible to take a shower, get ice or a drink of water. The shower in the Master bedroom closest to the Family room the shower did not drain.

Your constructive insights are invaluable, and we take them seriously. All of our properties receive quarterly pest control services to maintain a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, the severe storm during your stay likely caused the ants to seek shelter indoors. We offered to have our pest control service address the issue immediately, but we respected your preference to decline this option. Instead, we provided an odorless bug spray as an alternative solution. Florida's climate can attract various insects, but please rest assured that we are committed to keeping our property as bug-free as possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again under better circumstances. We previously offered complimentary coins for laundry, but we have since upgraded our services. Guests now enjoy complimentary laundry without having to pay. The shower drain issue was promptly resolved by our plumber, similar to what can occur in any residence. During your stay, we experienced temporary water and electrical outages due to the storm; these are not ongoing issues. This property maintains a 5-star rating, and we address any concerns immediately, as your positive experience is our top priority.

Its ok but not what we expected

We enjoyed our vacation but it could have been better. We were staying for a week and the main reason we booked was for the "newly updated pool & spa". Once we arrived to the villa we discovered that the pool and hot tub were empty & being worked on. Contacted the manager who said it be ready following morning. Needless to say that wasnt the case and we had no pool for the first 2 days but then stumbled upon the issue there was no water pressure to fill the pool once it was fixed and plumber had to come out. Then after that the pool was finally being filled with the water from the garden hose and therefore would take multiple days to heat up making it still unswimmable for our trip so I asked the manager to heat it for free to offset this. Which the manager pleasantly agreed to do. Then we had bug issues in the master bedroom and all the bathrooms but it looked as tho they were aware of the issue as there were bug traps in the room under the bed and in the bathrooms. And just when you think it cant get worse it does! There was trash piled in the back that wasnt cleaned up for the entire stay and just sat there. Then the contractors tore out BOTH SETS OF REAR EXITS and didnt even replace with temp stairs for the remainder of our stay leaving no rear exit/entrance which is beyond a huge Safety and Fire Issue! Then the demo from the stairs was just left there and my son ended up stepping on a nail! I wish vrbo let us put pics in reviews to help warn others!

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the unforeseen pool leak repair delay at the start of your stay. We addressed the issue within 24 hours of your arrival and compensated you with complementary pool heating as per your request. Additionally, we responded immediately to your propane tank request and ensured all initial concerns were resolved. As for the constructions, it was scheduled to start upon your departure. The pool constructor spoke with you directly without our knowledge and asked you if it would be ok to do the work on the exterior of the lanai while you are enjoying the property. You guys told him that if he brings beer for you to enjoy, he can do the project while you are there. When we found out that he started the project while you were there, he assured us that you guys authorised this work as you later confirmed to us in text, and you didn’t have any issues with him, actually, you became good friends with the constructor. During your stay, you never complained about anything related to the construction, and we got assurance from the constructor that he cleaned all debris, installed a safety fence, and temporary steps for emergencies. Regarding the construction, it began with your full knowledge and agreement. Temporary emergency exits and safety fencing were installed during the project, and we have documentation and pictures to support this. We have a professional cleaning service company after every stay, and we make sure that the property is bug-free. We also have a scheduled pest control service to take care of the exterior and interior of the house to ensure that the property is bug-free. Our property is a five-star property that is groomed to perfection. Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in this very spacious and beautiful home. The neighborhood is great. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. This was our second time at this home and will definitely book again!

Great Spot

The location is perfect when looking to day-trip around the west coast, and the house itself sets a very relaxing environment with little distraction if you stay in.

relaxing in Florida

This property was great for us. The quiet neighborhood was perfect and the pool and spa allowed us to relax and not feel like we had to run around to find something to do. Einav was always quick to respond to any question and had the spa ready for the times we requested.
