There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV and full size dresser and night stand set so you can comfortably unpack in addition to an ample size closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds with memory foam mattresses, a 32 inch flat screen TV, tall chest of drawers paired with a medium chest of drawers and a large closet.

The main living area has a 55 inch TV and a dining table that can expand to seat 10. The unit has high speed Internet access throughout. There is a full size washer and dryer and a 50 gallon water tank to ensure everyone gets a hot shower! It is decorated with the right balance of modern day living with accents of the beach to sweep you away from everyday life. No smoking. First floor unit, however, it is a raised building and there are stairs to get to the first floor. Pillows and bed coverings are provided.
