This is a lovely, well-maintained home equipped with everything to make our stay memorable. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the tides and waves. The location was perfect for us - near to my son’s home and several beaches.

The home is stunning! The photos do not do it justice! The furnishings were coastal and comfortable, especially the bed! Ken was super responsive as well! The harbor is just a few minutes away with restaurants and shops. Great location! Highly recommend!

Ken was quick in responding to all my questions. Very clean home in a wonderful neighborhood & close to the lighthouse, as advertised. We enjoyed the heritage week festivities which included a boat parade and entertainment in the downtown area.

The house is in an ideal location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and in walking distance to a quaint area with restaurants and shops. A small beach is close and other beaches within in a 10 minute drive. The house has 2 balconies with beautiful views and ample space in the living room and bedrooms. The sun rises were spectacular!

The location is AMAZING. It is right ON the water with two decks overlooking the ocean. The lighthouse is within walking distance. The TV in the master bedroom is the largest I've ever seen. We will absolutely be back!

Stayed at this for a wedding at the Barker House iver Easter Weekend. Outstanding location. Even with thebrsin, mist, overcast and cold winds webfelt at home, warm and safe. Also had the privilege of goung to Eastern Sunday celebration at the lighthouse only a few steps away. Owner very communicative and helpful with questions, check out. Very clean, and feels like home.

Wonderful location
