We welcome you into our unique villa with every detail designed for your comfort.

Enter into your Modern Oasis with 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, 2 levels separated by a floating staircase, 3 baths with a kitchen and laundry on both floors, and private outdoor balconies for dining, entertaining, and lounging. Enjoy the deep rich colours of Parota wood throughout the home, modern finishings, and spacious rooms. On the main floor, you’ll find the fully enclosed, picturesque garden terrace, stunning private pool, and outdoor bar and grill as well as the Master Bedroom.

Villa Vargas with the family

We stayed with our 2 adult sons for a few nights. The property was spacious and very clean. Julio was a wonderful property manager, meeting us to check us in and out and he offered to help out with anything else we might need. The fruit bowl was a lovely welcome for us, and the place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Sayulita for the Holidays

The place was great for a family over the holidays. Getting to and from the beach was no problem, but stroller use wasn’t really an option based on uneven paths and traffic. House had a great separation between upstairs and down. Julio was very attentive and kind in his communications. Would recommend!

Wonderful time in Sayulita

We really really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vargas. The property manager Julio and his family are wonderful, as is the owner Antonio. The house is exactly as advertised, great pool, brand new golf cart, beautiful rooms etc. we definitely recommend renting the cart to help get around more efficiently.

Villa Vargas was perfect for our girls' trip. Julio was super responsive. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the purified water and ice provided. We felt super safe. The location is great, only a quick 8-10 minute walk to town. I would 100 percent recommend staying here!

Everything we needed

Villa Vargas was everything we needed - check in was easy, house was clean, communication was quick (Julio is great and super hospitable). Upon arrival, they set out a welcome basket with fruit, which my daughter loved. Our family appreciated the pool and AC units in each room. The property also had a golf cart that we could rent which helped us getting into town easier, especially with kids and grandparents. Overall, loved our stay and would come again!

Perfect Sayulita Family Getaway

Our stay at this Vrbo in Sayulita was absolutely fantastic! The property was ideal for our group of two kids and four adults. The pool was a refreshing oasis, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the convenient location, just a short distance from town. Renting the golf cart was a great decision - it made getting around Sayulita and the beach a breeze. Julio was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local eateries. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a wonderful Sayulita experience!

Gorgeous

Our short stay at this property was just incredible. Pool was amazing and the outdoor space was amazing for an after sun nap. The location was great if you wanted to walk but better with the golf car. We had a small issue with something beeping for a while but it was fixed by the time we got home! There was also a nice bottle of wine waiting for us and fresh flowers to surprise us for our anniversary. We would 100 percent stay again. Next time just with more people!!

Wonderful house + super helpful property manager!

Villa Vargas was perfect for our family of 7. Close to the center of town (5 min walk) and super convenient to a few different beaches using the golf cart available for rent from Julio, the property manager. Caricitos beach was our favorite. The house had a/c units and TVs in every room to keep us cool and comfortable. We came in August, so the pool was a godsend every time we came back to the house from being hot and sweaty outside. Julio is very attentive and helpful. He arranged airport transportation for us, answered all of our questions, kept the pool clean, helped us when the golf cart had an issue. We will definitely be back.

Everything was well appointed and as described. Antonio went to great lengths to cover all the details. Even a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting upon arrival. Excellent and tasteful branding too. The house is perfectly located near downtown making coming and going super easy. Julio(manager) couldn’t have been a better host. He was always available to answer any questions and help in any way possible. I highly recommend Villa Vargas for your next trip to Sayulita, you won’t be disappointed. As Costa Rica regulars this time of year, Villa Vargas ensured we had all the info and contacts necessary making it seem like our 10th trip! Book now......Julio will take great care of you. I highly recommend you rent the house golf cart to get around. We also had a truck for longer trips and it’s not practical to get around downtown.

House has everything you might need.

We had 3 couples. We were there to celebrate birthdays of two family members. The house is very clean and well equipped. Sayulita is a great location, away from the high density and traffic in PV. But it has everything you need within walking distance. I only have two issues. One is outside of the owner's control and has to do with the barking dog across the street. Barking during the day is fine but it also happened at night. The second one had to do with getting the manager to come by for a couple of non emergency issues we needed taken care of. I get the sense he us very busy with other responsibilities. I recommend you clarify with him as to what time he is coming to the house. He would say to me that he would be there "soon" or "later". And for one item he thought his wife had delivered this but that was not the case. Again, I don't consider this to be a huge issue and would greatly enjoy coming back.

Villa Varga… five star villa!!

My group of five felt Villa Varga was better than a five star hotel. It was clean, stocked with all the cooking supplies you’d need, washer and dryer, tvs in all rooms and minutes from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our host , Antonio, responded quickly to every message I sent and his house manager, Julio, was there to help our every need. Great place to stay!!!

Beautiful home and wonderful management

Villa Vargas is comfortable, clean and perfect walking distance from town (about 8 mins). It looks just like the photos. Julio, the property manager, is kind, attentive and helpful. The entire group I traveled with loved this home and it had everything we needed including lots of filtered water. The outdoor pool area is shaded most of the day which is nice if you need a bit of a break from the long days in the sun. Overall, we all were very happy with our stay at Villa Vargas and would recommend it!

In 2014 we had flown into Puerto Vallarta for a vacation when a local told us about Sayulita. A car rental and a quick 45 minute drive through the jungle later and we were in love. We visited multiple times over the past few years, spending more and more time there, eating more tacos, and starting to look at possibilities for real estate. Over the span of our visits, we got to know the different areas, the hotels, the airbnbs, and some of the local happenings (and where to find the best tacos), when we found this newly built home designed by local architects, we knew it was the perfect home to share with you.

We brought together our favourite details and luxury finishings from the most comfortable beds (we travelled far and wide searching) to the down comforters, extra pillows, soft towels, fast Wifi, Smart TV’s (netflix) and so much more to make your stay both luxurious and cozy. We wanted you to have the traditional Mexican feel with the Parota wood throughout the home and the modern feel of being safely nestled away at your favourite hotel. We fell in love with the culture, the people, and the tropical paradise that Sayulita is known for, and while we can attempt to capture the beauty of this city on this site and our photos, it’s in your own adventure and memories that you will know exactly what we mean. We hope to see you exploring Sayulita very soon.
