In the heart of the pretty port of Binic, a former port of Terre-Neuvas and shell fishing, apartment for 4 people, very bright and spacious, close to all shops and beaches. Ideally located 1 hour from the Pink Granite Coast (Ploumanach, favorite village of the French in 2015) and Cap Fréhel. For lovers of hiking, direct access to the GR34 coastal path which crisscrosses the coast.
On the 2nd floor with intercom, it is composed of a living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room and WC on the ground floor and 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm) on the mezzanine floor . WiFi internet. Neat decoration and numerous facilities. Duvets and pillows available. On request, beds made on arrival: 10 € extra / 140 bed; 6 € extra / 90 bed; € 5 / set of towels

Nous avons fait découvrir binic et ses environs a notre fils, avec cet ete indien la baignade etant encore possible, promenade peche a pied tout etait fait pour un sejour agréable La location etait confortable et propre et spacieuse pour nous 3, située a proximitée de tout il nest pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour faire quelques courses, manger au restaurant ou aller a la plage, appartement calme!!

Die ganze Wohnung ist praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kinderschlafraum im 1. Stock ist liebevoll mit Spielzeug und Büchern ausgestattet; unsere 3jährige hat von der Treppe aus gerne das Treiben unten verfolgt und hatte doch ihr eigenes Reich. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine schöne Wohnung in einem reizenden Ort! Besonders empfehlenswert ist u.a. der Bäcker im Nachbarhaus.

schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, gute Einrichtung, alles notwendige vorhanden

Nähe zum Strand, sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Toll sind Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen! Freundliche Besitzerin, problemlose Abwicklung. Eine sehr schöne, typisch französische kleine Stadt.

Location idéale au centre de Binic

Appartement bien agencé et très propre. Idéal pour faire de bonnes balades en bord de mer soit en voiture ou en empruntant le GR 34 si on aime marcher. Pas de parking privé, mais il ne manque pas de place pour se garer et gratuit à moins de 200 mètres au pire. Centre commercial en sortie de ville et carrefour city proche, accessible à pied. Le +, boulangerie très proche de l'appartement. Confort très correct avec salon canapé , coin repas et mini cuisine appréciable. Wifi et TV fonctionnant correctement avec free. Je recommande, pour un petit séjour en Bretagne.(1 à 2 semaines)

Une belle adresse pour passer de bonnes vacances !!!

Binic a été une belle découverte, jolie petite ville balnéaire au calme avec de jolies plages. L appartement récemment rénové avec goût est bien équipé et très propre, avec en plus un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons également apprécié l accueil sympathique et les conseils de la propriétaire sur les sites à ne pas manquer dans la region A recommander pour visiter le nord Bretagne car à distance raisonnable des sites remarquables. Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Sehr angenehmer und zuvorkommender Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für das Willkommensgeschenk! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mitten im Zentrum gelegen aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Es gibt zwar keinen privaten Parkplatz, trotzdem haben wir jederzeit (trotz Hochsaison) problemlos einen Parkplatz gefunden (weisse Zone am Hafen oder oben an der Strasse beim Friedhof).

Excellent séjour

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre location. Très bon accueil (avec même une spécialité de biscuits locaux sur la table en guise de bienvenue) appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos, très bien décoré, très bien situé, parfaitement propre. Sans voiture, nous avons pu accéder aux commerces, restaurants et plages à pied. Juste deux remarques : les matelas sont trop fermes (il devrait vraiment y avoir un sur-matelas moelleux en plus, surtout pour le lit double de la chambre) et il faut vraiment faire très attention de ne pas se cogner à une poutre en descente et la montée de l'escalier qui mène à la chambre en duplex. Sinon, très bien, nous avons l'envie de revenir. Cordialement

Very pleasant and well equipped two bedroom flat

We had such a wonderful stay at the stylish apartment in Binic. The flat is well equipped and spacious enough to accommodate our family of four. The children had a single bed each up in the loft room, it was nicely decorated and well stocked with books and games! The owners were attentif and responsif and Binic itself has everything to offer including the beach on the door step!

Schöner Küstenort, tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Hübsches Küstenstädtchen, Wohnung mittendrin, Bäckerei, Hafen und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß - die Wohnung in Binic bei St. Brieuc ist empfehlenswert für alle, die nicht immer ins Auto steigen wollen, um zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen zu gehen. Binic liegt direkt am Küstenwanderweg GR 34, man kann zu den nächsten Orten wandern und per Bus zurückfahren. Auch Radfahren und Schifffahrten zu den Inseln vor der Küste werden angeboten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, es gibt alles, was man braucht, auch eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und WiFi. Hinweis für alle, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind: Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ohne Aufzug, die Treppe ist relativ eng und steil. Angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
