Well-equipped kitchen with Keurig. Bamboo floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and new ceiling fans throughout. 2016-17 remodeled sunroom including all new windows with striking ocean views. 2016 remodeled deck with outdoor furniture including rocking chairs, glider, hi-top table set, and pub set. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold. Nightly rentals off season only.
