Six TV's with cable, wireless internet access. The main living area has a 65-inch SMART TV. Updated kitchen has granite countertops, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee makers, plus a blender for smoothies. Over 1000+ square feet of living area/great room with an eating area for 10. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout with ceiling fans and separate sitting areas. Recreation room on the ground level with TV, a pool table (Brunswick slate seven foot). Perfect place for your teenagers. The ground level has a mini split system for heat and AC. Decks to the beach with built-in benches! A large Hot Tub to soothe those tired muscles (Please note the hot tub is closed from December 1, 2023, until March 1, 2024, for necessary cleaning and maintenance.) A spacious oceanfront deck at the dune line just steps from the beach! Oceanfront views everywhere, outdoor furniture, picnic table, deck shower. Also available for special events, and this vacation rental welcomes up to one dog (20 pounds or less) per reservation for year-round and off-season monthly rentals.
